Why let some one come and put a deed up getting the grass for free?

I am getting rid of one of my deeds. This deed was where I did all my animal breeding at. I am having to down size what animals I have and have separated the ones I really want to keep to those that are going to the glue factory. Because I need to get rid of them I am going to sell them for 40c per. If you buy in bulk we can negotiate. The Black Sheep are 1s each though as I think I'm sitting on 8 right now. I did get one PM with some one asking me what I was asking. I replied with give me an offer and would have jumped at the first numbered offered. I never heard back from them. From the trade channel enchanted grass is going for 1s per tile. With the 98 cast box price checked at 7s. And then the price of the deed it self for the tiles bought, this is over 1g. But as I told the person who PMed me. This is way over what I was expecting for the deed. The deed even has an off deed oak grove which was deeded at one point for 1s a month. I think 30s sounded fair for the spot but I am still willing to negotiate. I actually have come to where if this isn't gone by the beginning of April I'm going to pack the enchanted grass and move the mail box to my deed that is down the cliff by the lake in the screen shot then pull the deed down for the what is left in the upkeep. The deed that is down the mountain wont be developed as it is intended to be a back country lake side cottage. So that view wont be messed with.

I would like to thank Caelus for coming out and taking care of our WOA casts and taking care of that backlog. Stanlee also came down and took care of our backlog of casts for CoC. We still have a few days left of this event so I look forward to seeing more people this weekend. Now its times for hibernation for me. Also before Caelus showed up we did have a Nahjo getting some casts done but I will have to track his name down for proper credit, I will edit this post should I find the name.

Welcome to Wurm Shakatra. I hope you find a spot that you like. Each server has its own personality to it and how the vibe of the kingdom chat feels. So you can explore around if you would like and search for places. The best thing is you are not limited to Xanadu, you can cross server borders and go to one of the other connecting islands. Your row boat will do this for you, of course you have to row it your self though Any ways, Most of the servers are 8km by 8km in size. Independence is a 16x16 and Xanadu, the largest is a 32x32 server.

Shakatra, Xanadu is a very large server. There are people who will do it, but due to how long it would take for a tour most will not. I crossed Xanadu once from the west coast to the east. I had a head wind. And a light breeze for three days. It took me 16 hours to get across the south coast. That server is extremely large.

Okay From the priests side of the line. We have a 1 Vyn here, Good channeling skill on him who still needs batteries. 20 some odd Nahjos, all with sub 40 channeling skill. 2 Fo batteries with no channeling skill at all. No mags. So ya, If you would like to help with casting, you are more then welcome to join us.

Alright home now. I haven't gotten any requests for a ride so I'll find something else to do. Out of the 5 accounts I had running only one hadn't crashed while I was at work. Sucks as I had priests in line. Oh well, it is wurm after all.

To many alliances on freedom pve islands have this account on "do not buy from do not sell to" list. The pve community in general do not keep up with what accounts are sold or not so think of this as perma black listing.

I am at work right now but when I get home I will use knarr to travel around the servers to pick people up. Xanadu peeps might get passed over that server is stupid large and way to long of a trip to keep going gall over the place just to get a few people.

The most resent killing of the Kyklops on Deliverance has dropped uttacha slime. Each charge has been passed around now to the respected winners of the rolls. There is one owner that wants to sell it. What is the current market price on this? Alright, I am at the site, figured I would leave alts here for the sermons, and hopefully get my one priest on the list to get some fired off. I know I found the right building. There is a recruitment sign in front of it. This place doesn't have any one here right now other then my alts. I see forges, 1 loom and 2 coffins. There are 4 gold alters here but no bless spell cast on them yet. I hope I am wrong, but I'm thinking this might be a bust. Another thing that contributes to this is that there is no responses or even an edit to the OP since February. Not even seeing any supplies here. It is a shame as it is a nice simple building "relative for an impalong" that is easy to navigate.

In a pve environment nahjo is a great priest beacuase I don't have to have a mag priest for my collapses and a Fo to tend to the animals. Back when I had both active I couldn't find people to pay for their services or they only wanted to pay irons for a cast. I could never make enough to pay for both so it was all out of pocket. I would only have one account active for those two priest but only getting one up when I had a large project to do. I never liked paying for a priest to do your project. Now my najho is up and paid for as much as my main is. I never bothered with the channel grinding because it was that a long expensive mind numbing grind. You call for a balance to a Pve area where all that other stuff is not used. Why not one priest for pve and than worry about the balance for the PvP area? The two priest being used are the ones that make money. I think the issue not being mentioned is that with every one using the same money making priest is it creates completion which is effectively hurting the fat banks of the major market players.

I do like doing the events but I suck at them. The last one took me eight hours to complete. At least there is an"I attended" prize. I didn't even know they had chests till I saw one for sale last month.

Once again I have another deed I am going to let go. No, I am not leaving the game, I just can't justify having as many deeds as I have now. The location of this deed has a magnificent view with the buildings placed on it. The farm is also large enough that if you want to produce some serious veggies quickly you can do it. Built back when farming on a slope was the craze, this farm is built with a 5 tile slope on it. There is an extensive mine under the deed just not exploited due to not needing the iron under it. The Deed is a five minute walk north of Greendog following a three tile wide highway. It does not have coast access. I love this spot, and it is hard to let it go. I would agree it is neat, and would be nice to add to the collection of stuff not used. But the price of get it improved and keeping it maintained just can not be justified.

It would seem many of our priest hit their goals. At the moment the party has broken up, we are currently cleaning up the red plastic cups, the spilt wine, and trying to reassure the sheep that the violations they received are now over.
