Imagine suggesting something be added back in to the original portion of the game it once was and being forced to detour your idea to another route by people that don't want to put in the work or in-game currency to achieve it that way.

Alright, I pop into this game every few months after playing hardcore for about four years straight. Each time I see more and more being slashed and cut away from the games core. Karma teleport, server borders leading to anywhere, now you want to teleport to anything. You understand a large portion of attraction to this game 'was' that it offered the sense of longing adventures and travel, I can't really fight anyone on it because the only people that are left playing are the ones that are loud enough to sway the opinion of the other twelve or so loud people, and eventually this will probably get added. I really wish people would understand and take to heart the suggestions and feedback from people that have been around for ten years when they say "this just isn't wurm", and then fade away because they can't really care enough to flesh it out; and because I know for a fact you don't understand why it 'isn't wurm'.

How did I in any algorithm you could come up with 'jump to a conclusion'? You were wrong and are now writing in the blanks acting like you weren't You have no sense even debating changes for the game with such little understanding of anything well off for Wurm, because what you are agreeing with is deteriorating the game When threads like this come up it's so vividly clear of who does and doesn't 'get it'.

This; the epiphany and embodiment of someone who doesn't understand absolutely a single square footnote of anything about Wurm as a whole is the normal decision swayer in many suggestions. How many subservers does Chaos have? From this alone is enough to completely discredit any information you have to contribute, agreeing or disagreeing with the mass. It seems for whatever reason all too often people that 'are' this kind of misinformed always immediately take some kind of aggressive and soccor mom manager seeking tone, and yea, you did too!

Go to youtube and look up "Farwalker amulets, wurmonline" Then understand how broken it made the game, especially on pvp servers

Alright so this idea was basically the challenge server yea? That was vacant of life within 2 weeks, you could make gear in about 15 minutes. Justify your suggestion, that somehow people keep commenting on and debating as if to flesh it out, would be different than that entire server.

whatever you ###### do, leave that priests cannot craft or it will become another meta like shield of the gone. or on the flip side, it will add an additional layer of customization to each pvp player, but fights will just be wizard 101 spellcasting the whole time I don't even know if this was thought about as a change but it was just the first thing I immediately thought about when you used the term "changing solo priests" or whatever, makes it sound like you're going to give them less restrictions.

It absolutely won't though, how did you even think of this path of human behavior as possible

I'm gonna -1 as well, a lot of these great sounding suggestions lately usually have some blowback that most people would realize if they took a step back for a moment and thought about every possible situation with it. Moon metals, seryll, and now electrum all how their specific colors and are sought out for that reason, as does steel, iron, and every other metal now. If you start painting over it, Wurm will loose that medieval european feeling it has going for it and turn into every other MMO with a rainbow of characters.

You sat there and typed this and seriously put effort into suggesting this and legitimately believe this is going to well accepted and wanted

well hopefully you see that I'm most likely painting the most accurate picture of anyone in this thread, there's people like this dude literally by the hundreds that have an attention span of 2 hours per game then never see anything else of it

just the average 50 IQ 'I wanna be a streamer" streamer who also probably couldn't figure out how to play Civ 5 or something, I wouldn't sweat it much

You keep saying as if this sudden new system is just going to draw hundreds of people in for a referral That won't happen You keep going back and forth between it will benefit the new person, or benefit the person 'referring' them You clearly have some sort of thought on your suggestion to benefit yourself, but keep getting confused on how to word it

This isn't really true nor an actual thing people care about really; if you are one of the people playing on the server. Just an old mindset from 3 or so years ago, people find new deeds within the week when they're made.
