  2. I am kinda hopeing that the new siege equipment makes it to the other clusters, including freedom, even if some of them get random nerfs. I would like to be able to hunt trolls with a ballista from the roof of my castle.. or build spiked walls that make it hard for npcs to get into my place... magic turrets could have value too, like spirit templars, but would need limits.. maybe only build on deed and you have to supply some sort of materials to keep them going... not sure. I just hate to see all the new content be only used on one server.
  3. Interesting idea, for sure. Would be great for my play style. Would it balance though? Sleep bonus is supposed to be a way for those who cannot play 12 hours per day to kind of keep up in skill gain. The 5 hour cap keeps other exploits from happening.

  16. Well, my fields are trampled less as animals move more, and I appreciate having some semblance of animals moving like animals, rather than 3d archery targets... But I can see how it causes some lag. (I haven't noticed a slowdown in my area) and how it can make skilling for newbs a little more difficult. So not sure the best answer.

  18. I think the flee mechanics add quite a bit to the game. But you should be able to sneak up on animals and have that first shot count.

  20. You also can't run a real horse at full speed for hours, they die... So... Be careful how real you want to get. It sounds good for boats though.
  21. +1, I would not be against new designs, but this would be an easy way to encourage quality boats and give more speed immediately.

  23. Or have it outside your deed, so passing travellers might make money and help you out. The trick is that they have to wait for you to be online to deliver and collect.
