Cele crashed again after a few minutes

Cele down and still shows players - maybe its again the ISP problem ?

So - after the several crashes we had lately I can't build any Stone Parapet. I guess it is known - but will it be fixed soon ? I would like to be able to finish my house without falling down from the balcony
