End any Java processes, if one accidently stayed open when it crashed it can cause issues. Close them all, and restart Wurm and see if it works!

If you didn't have problems before then something changed... You could roll back a little before it happened. But if it still does check the client settings or the graphic driver settings.

I have a 3.16 duel core CPU, nvidia gforce 7050 integrated, 4 GB ram, and windows 7. I had windows vista, I did have an old Celeron at 1.60 GHz single core and had a rough time to play wurm (5-20 fps). Now that I have a new CPU, more ram, and now windows 7 as the best OS I can now run wurm at 25-80 fps and not any slower! I have most of my settings medium to low and disabled glsl, vbo and FBO. I'm sure my system is older than yours but I managed to upgrade it to it's max and get way better performance in Wurm and my whole computer in general! Also cleaning the computer, mostly defrag helps overall performance too, I do mine weekly.

If its so slow and you really want to try playing again I would get something that if you pause it or it gets interrupted you can resume it anytime afterwards. If you would I would recommended a better ISP. I have cox which I currently can get almost more than 100mb per second! If not cox another good priced and fast service! Can't do that? Well try your best anyways...

I had a few questions about this. I heard or read something idk if its true, but can your sell your sleep bonus for coins? And then get the sleep back by using a bed? If you can sell it I want to know how! Next, can sleep bonus go higher than 5 hours at all? These are just questions I always wondered about.

I would go with a desktop, no battery limit, and still can have good power for games!

Would be nice to play it on my tablet so when I can't use my desktop I can use it on my tablet! Only thing is navigation and menus will be very hard to use and control on a touch screen!

I had this issue in the very beginning of playing Wurm. I think it was a firewall issue or either the download server not working correctly. Make sure there are no antivirus software or firewall blocking java/Wurm.

I understand what you guys mean, I have to admit it does have the challenge to it and makes you familiarize yourself with the world. Sorry about the doppy idea I'm just used to other things. Wurm is a fun and cool game, it has its moments but its worth being here!
