  1. From the link the OP linked : Upkeep Upkeep money is taken from the village funds every month (one month being 28 days). If the upkeep fund is depleted, the settlement is disbanded automatically. A large upkeep fund reduces decay on buildings and fences in the settlement. If the fund has more than a month of upkeep, there is no decay at all. Upkeep can be paid at the token under Settlement > Info or Settlement > Manage guards, or from the Settlement deed paper under Village > Manage guards. Anyone can donate money to the upkeep fund at the token, even non-citizens. There is a minimum 1 silver cost for upkeep.

  4. Yup, don't have to ask. But, its a good idea to ask if you want to get along and get possible help from neighbors, especially if you are new.
  5. Simple suggestion. Allow push/pull on flags. Also, having turn counter-clockwise and clockwise is irrelevant on them now.

  10. ROS hasnt been casted on Exo since last Sept/Oct and its still not up. Just saying, pretty sure having it up every month, while possible, is just not going to happen.

  14. i logged in yesterday an one of my villagers asked why i was nekkid. So, same thing happened to me. Not sure if it matters, but I was wearing scale. Luckily they were all in my inventory.

  20. I order things all the time. I still sell things as well. Maybe its people being a little more picky on what they spend their money on due to the fact it is a little more valuable now.

  22. That's not a normal error, unless you try casting dispel with it not in your inventory, then you get that all the time. I'm fairly certain its not related to a skill, as my channeling skill I'm sure is way more than enough. As WKM said, its been around for years. I was hoping with this update it was was possibly fixed.
  23. Casting dispel on a large anvil when it's in your inventory gives you the message of: [15:57:33] You may only use that item while it is on the ground. Casting dispel on a large anvil when its on the ground gives you the message of: [15:52:00] The protection force is too high. You fail to dispel the large anvil. A normal "fail" on a dispel cast reads: [20:55:39] Nothing seems to happen as you dispel " Item". With the update on large anvils, was hoping it would fix this problem, but I'm assuming there was another issue. Regardless, I'm hoping this is a bug and there is an easy peasy fix, and not an intended feature.
