Hey everyone, I have tried to download wurm on my laptop and I cant seem to figure out how to configure the .jnlp file to allow me to run wurm. I have Java downloaded and at first when i was opening up wurm it was using Internet Explorer and nothing would happen, then i moved it to use the Java application however that still doesnt work. I would appreciate any help I can get. Here are some screenshots. I just dont know what program I should open it with

So fellow wurmians, I am trying to play wurm on my laptop that has windows 8. Whenever i open it it says the application is blocked for security. Exact error is "Failed to validate certificate. The application will not be executed." Some early reasearch on google says that I have to open up my java control pannel and allow it to validate it because for some reason it is blocking wurm. I tried to pen it up and every time I do the black windows run dialong pops up for a couple seconds then dissapears... thus not actually opening it up. Anyone have any suggestions? Simialir issues? I feel like this is a great idea. This council would not be directly changing code. It would mearly just sorting through the piles of stuff in the suggestion and ideas thread. This would benefit EVERYONE because the home server people would bring about threads that they want and elevation people could bring about threads that they want. They could then show both to Rolf and try to prove their point on why which one should be passed and whichever Rolf likes better he can implement. It would get more things done quicker than the system we have now which takes about 6-8 months before something is implemented. A BIG +1

This is a stupid idea. The whole point of raiding a deed is risky enough as it is. What if people come backdoor you? There are many possiblities for raiders to risky losing a lot.... and defending a deed has a lot to gain like not losing all youve worked for and draining a deed. -1

This whole thing you said right there made no sense whatsoever..... Joan is the opposite of a PvPer and you just made yourself look really stupid. If u dont want to come to Epic no one is making you and if your on a PvP server you will die. Thats just it.
