  1. I do understand the 100 items limit. But thought coins are intended to be excluded from the limit... which made quite a lot of sense.
  2. I don't see any difference in collapses. I have a lot of not reinforced tunnels and it is quite the same rate for me to collapse as always. My data from Xanadu, Deli and Pristine in the last 1-2 weeks, all the same.
  3. Sorry to see you leave the WO part of the universe - maybe at some point all trails will cross each other again... PM me how did you bribe Dairuka for those words?
  4. I like the idea. Yes there is archery but a lot of mobs just don't get aggro on an arrow hit.
  5. I like the idea - could pull the alts into one "family"
  6. I've noticed today that the fire turret has a rotating blue sphere inside the fire - I'm quite sure it was not there before and to be honest it is quite unpleasant to the eye. Shows only if you go closer (10-15 tiles or so in my settings). Tested on two computers, graphics settings are not lowered.
  7. Just a humble question-why does anyone sell a toon without kicking it from the alliances, kingdoms and without all friends deleted and warned?
  8. In WU it is already possible if the Cave Dwellings option is set in the server settings. Needs flat floor, the floor must be reinforced on all building tiles. The building can touch the mine walls. I've only built a test 1x1 arched wall shack but it definitely works, although as I heard there are issues yet like animals passing walls.
  9. Easter Impalong

been testing 80+ players in local with normal graphics settings, worked fine. I think finally I can attend an impalong and see the world around me in its full glory. Looking forward the event, sounds to be good fun - will bring over my Nahjos for faith leech too
  10. What events would you like to see? combat or design? Or something else? I love all the events, although I know this is what won't move you forward Anyway all the treasure hunts are great joy to me, how about if small, maybe not-announced-until-the-start fast to run small treasure runs that could add some spice to the daily "routine". Like random treasure chests but with a hint/clue when placed? About teamspeak use: not using it daily but sometimes it is very handy even on PVE.
  11. Been on extensive hunting trip yesterday on Cele using the .99w unstable client, been online for several hours, riding up and down quite a lot of kilometers. No noticable travel lag at all. Client memory consumption was a stable 2GB (with manual heapsize set to 4GB) Had no chance to test with many in local, at most we were 3-4 in local tab. Very promising, thanks for the hard bugbashing!
  12. In fact! All are in alphabetical order! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've given up to find the toon names, I've typed full names all the time for a while now. This is a QoL for sure to us filthy linux users Just a tip to fellow users: Caps come first in the listing - you can capitalize the name of the frequently used toons to be on the top: rename the corresponding player folder to start with capital letter (like I changed from jaz to Jaz) and will be sorted to the top
  13. I had a single crash while riding - never happened before as I remember and still was fine after relog until the server been shut down (riding all the time out hunting). Your recommended command line settings but heap size 4096 (8GB RAM here). http://pastebin.com/606PPtq2
  14. Just an idea popped in the rain - would be nice if tubs could be autofilled with water slowly when outside of structures in rain and snow
  15. I've changed the launcher settings to the above, model loading threads 2. My system is Core2 Quad Core, NVidia GT640 graphics card 2/ 2GB RAM, 8GB system RAM. First day experiences with heavy load (treasure hunt on Celebration): * upon client start models load very fast * displayed FPS is around the same as before * it feels that dense/big structures cause smaller FPS drop * very serious lag, client freeze and FPS down to 0 when there are 10+ players in local (not in view, just local). Tried to relog with very low graph settings, still bad but at least could turn and moor my knarr. * travel lag is still significantly worse than before the recent updates, following the treasure hunt track I had to relog 7-8 times during the 4-5 hours I've been riding (usually no or just 2-3 characters in local). All travel was done on very low graph settings, my usual higher ones caused travel lag much sooner. * CPU load on any of the 4 cores did not exceed 60-70% even when movement got stopped in the client, usually CPU load is 30-35% max. * client used up to 2.1GB RAM (with heap set to 2048, without setting it the client was not using more than 1.6GB), I have tried to wait 1-2 mins to the client freezes to clear up hoping that garbage collection will do its job but no success, only resolution is to relog. Happened 2-3 times during the day that in the middle of riding character fell from the horse (maybe a new riding skill is introduced in the background? ). This can be quite deadly riding on steeper hillsides. I changed the heap to 4096 now, will feedback on it when I had some travel with it.
  16. digging from the depths of forum bump
  17. Loved the story, made this all with 38+ degrees Celsius, having in PVP with some viruses in RL... Could be smoother for me if I could concentrate more but liked it anyway and thanks for the helping hands I was given! Yes this time there were less prizes at the end but the fun part worths all the running around Thanks a lot for this hunt!
  18. I need to be INSIDE the wagon if I try to remove any item standing at the back of it. It surely worked better before from back end of the wagon..
  19. Empy ones are loadable already for a long time [09:18:17] You start to load the bulk storage bin. [09:18:17] You finish loading the bulk storage bin. On a knarr. Not enough space on a wagon though.
  20. Can't strongwall floors... which is needed for the upcoming cave dwellings. Anyway what's wrong nowadays with so many of you? Why is there so much heat in a simple business from all sides? I don't see anything wrong with seller wanting to sell high buyer wanting to buy low - but why to rant on any side? This is a free market, trust me you don't want prices controlled by any authority, I've lived in such a world, never again thanks
  21. happened on a knarr - even with a single commander and a single passenger in local also on two carts on 4 different computers at the same time - but only with 40+ people in local
