  18. Nice!I'm a personal trainer and run fitness bootcamps for companies.in San Francisco. I'm ACSM certified and all that. One thing I've learned is that fitness doesnt really happen in gyms. It's just more efficient in parks and stuff. Uphill sprints, push ups, a park has everything you need really. I've thought about starting a wurm fitness challenge. Something we can all do starting this January. Not sure how to start it really, but maybe a way we could all keep track of what we do. That said, it's like 60 degrees in San Francisco in January as well, so...
