  1. Make challenge 3 weeks long, a month is too much. Also give everyone with 5-10 faith less than the person with the most faith bonus faith gain, so people who join in the last week or two don't feel like they can never catch up Look into cart visibility bugs, if you have more than 3 carts around you'll often have trouble seeing them and the people in them at all.
  2. New or returning players made up like 80% of jk this round. Some pve group goals on challenge would be great, maybe some sort of project that the pvpers can protect.
  3. Tie respawning with gear to respawn points, so a deed might let 10 people respawn with gear every hour depending on size, but a tent lets you spawn only once with gear an hour. Having gear respawns tied to the spawn point, you can "drain" a deed of gear respawns during a raid regardless of how many alts there are.
  4. keep doing unconventional for wurm things on the challenge server and using it to test wurm without alot of the unneeded stuff. no kings and no champions was great, that way every player felt important and there was no players being forced to play unhealthy amounts to be some sort of ingame god Fix building/terraforming in the hota, you can still do it currently. Reduce item count for a pvp set by combing gloves, sleeves and boots into pairs instead of two items to make improving take less take but still take the same amount of materials. announce your changes because there are plenty of people who would have wanted to play wurm without champions and kings, nobody can sell challenge if you hide all the selling points.

  7. -HotA tents/depots should not spawn coin, or if the suggested changes are added that offset dominant camping, have the amount vastly reduced The situation with the tents caused huge imbalance, which includes many players having accumulated between 1 and 2 gold. Since coin is carried over into the next round, this means the imbalance will be carried over, and every subsequent round will be tainted by the flawed nature of the first. Something needs to be done about this, or the entire endeavor is pointless.

  9. But it certainly feels that way for a player, even if skill was lowered by 50% it would be nice just to have it represented in a way players can see better. Rather than behind the scenes just being worse at it.
  10. HOTS is supposed to be bad at taming, but I wish the benfits and downsides were standardized. As it is now HOTS gets 15% more skill gain in thievery skills, why not get 15% less from taming. Right now It's just "You're absolutely terrible at taming"

  13. You've mentioned bonuses, disadvantages and so forth the entire thread and only one person has even taken the time to try to list any of those. If the benefits elevation has are so core to your argument, then list them.
  14. While I'm against removing the CR nerf, your arguments here are paperthin. F2P players on a server is a BENEFIT that alot of Affliction players FOUGHT to have, stop branding every difference between the servers as benefits. Goodies? Once again I say this as someone on a homeserver, but what the hell are you going on about?
