I'd love to see a friends online/offline menu. It would be hard to do, and would probably require people having to login to accounts, but would be awesome. It's more then likely not possible, though. Maybe an item sell calculator? Make it where you can type how much you sell base QL items at (10,20,30,40,50,etc), and then type in the price per enchant QL. Might be hard to do, but it would be worth it. How about a Combat Rating tab? Say your doing PvP, and you want to figure out what your chance is at winning. Calculate the armour your wearing, weapons, skill, and mind speed (not sure how this works) for both. If you do not know for sure what the other person has, just make an estimate, and it'll say Estimated CR: 5 (meaning you have 5CR higher than them, or a -5CR, meaning your 5 lower). Might be kind of tricky, but it would be the God of all tools. BTW, nice work Extrusion. Can I get a beta? I'll give you your carving knife back, lol. <3

Traders barely have any cash anyway, probably wouldn't be much of a use; they hardly get something that you could count as a fair drain.

Go into your Wurm directory (default My Documents), and delete your packs folder. Try relaunching Wurm. If that fails, type this in Start > Run: javaws -viewer. Click on Wurm Online (doesn't matter which), and hit the red X at the top of the screen. Now, before you reinstall, go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, scroll down until you find Java 6 Update 7; remove it. Now, go to the Java Website and follow the steps in reinstalling Java. Now, try to launch Wurm. If that fails... please post your computer specs by right-clicking My Computer and hitting properties. Read off the things at the bottom under the Computer section. Also, if you know your graphics card, that would help.

How about the option to bury stuff like scraps, logs, shafts, etc. In my opinion, this would be the only easy way to get rid of items without having to do any complex coding of a trash bin. If that doesn't sound good, how about after you pack a dirt, activate a scrap (wood, ore, leather), right click ground, and hit bury. It would create a trash bin that could be removed with the unpacking of the ground. To remove people from abusing this feature, make it like signs, only once per week, and maybe, only allow people with premium, or 20.1 body strength to make one.

When you hear that knock on your door, turn on the magnetic waves, or just smash your HDD with a hammer, that works well... Anyways, GIMP is a very nice free program, I'd suggest it.

I'm still doing great with the 2Hander on my alt, so it isn't bad at all. I'll probably test out the shield vs dual longswords soon.

Why would you refer yourself? That's sort of abusing the system imo.

As far as I know Hidden, they would need to remap the boat to make it at least easier. I'd like to see it as well though.

Maybe a new bug, my trader window is gone when I try to trade with an NPC.

This is an awesome idea, and I agree that there should be some item to help people get back on their feet. Everything, in my opinion, would work, and I don't believe there would be much fault with this new item. Nice thinking!

At the bare minimum, 256MB, but I'd gear towards 512MB or more. Depending on what you have (I'm assuming AGP) for your Video Card slot, I'd get a NVIDIA 6800 or higher series. If you have a PCIe x16, I'd get anywhere from a NVIDIA 7000 series to the newest 280 series, whatever your price range is. If you can, try upgrading to 1GB memory, as 512 isn't all that great.

Smoothing groups are used to smooth out edges and bumps in a model. It helps make the model look smoother, and it's a way to make the lighting look better and reflect correctly. I'm not that stupid, and anyways, I don't do modeling. I'll be glad to make a new texture for the troll if people agree we need a new one.

Those icons wouldn't be hard to make.

Just combine 11 at a time in your inventory.

Unless the collision models are coded server side, then I believe it has to do with the model.

They art team, to my knowledge, works on basically all the eye candy that doesn't have really any coding to it. These include models, textures, icons, and sprites.

I think I counted 6 champ spiders. I gained 3.1FS from all of this, 5 first aid, and about 2 longsword. It was fun!
