    You can manually give any creature any item by activating the item right clicking the creature and selecting the Give command (as a GM) or by throwing the item at it while in combat (as any player). The item will then be found on said creature when it dies but you couldn't make all of one creature type drop said item unless you manually did this for everyone but could work for special occasions.

  7. You can put seeds in a satchel then on your tool belt, then by holding the key bound to that spot on the tool belt it will automatically activate the seed for sowing. http://www.wurmpedia.com/index.php/Satchel - Listed in the tips section. Minge of Valoria
