  1. please update frying pan to indicate it can cook stews.
  2. I guess below where you list which features benefit which customers, you should then list how many players are for each side. If epic/chaos has say, 22% of the player base, should it get 22% of the updates?
  3. The Animals page previously allowed sorting on the table columns but no longer does. Can this change be reversed?
  4. Please update this page to indicate that forage is possible at 33 skill.
  5. Page: http://www.wurmpedia.com/index.php/Ship - You cannot cross a server boarder on a boat that you don't own. Boarder should be border
  6. Xanadu Map

Adding Highway (in red) Also corrected the actual location of New Dawn (white diamond)
  7. Sorry, to clarify, in the settings there is a check box to enable or disable this feature. But no matter what you do with the check box, the feature is enabled.
  8. Just in case you get tired of working on crash bugs. The Skill Tracker window was never finished. 1) The windows doesn't load correctly on game load. You have to open the settings on it and click on the save to get it to display in the correct order. My 3 skills I track are, in order, Favor, Channeling, and Prayer. It always loads up as Prayer, Channeling, Favor. I have to right click, settings, expand settings window to see the save button, then click save. Annoying but this should be easy to fix.... 2) The skill tracer settings window size is not large enough by default, so you have to stretch this window down to be able to click on the save button. 3) There's a setting there saying "track progress to next level" which doesn't do anything that I can see. Issue #1 is the only one I care about
  9. Yeah I tried to state clearly this was private notes only. There's no real way you could have "wiki" notes on players in game.
  10. The game should allow me to keep private notes about other players. Sample interface would be right clicking on a person's name give the options to "open chat" and a new option "view notes". These notes are view-able and editable only by the person that makes them. Basically instead of using notepad on my computer and manually doing this, I want it in game. Sample notes I'd like to keep: Robin: This is an alt of Batman, vynora priest. RandomPerson: Mayor of Xyz. Oct 14: Purchased 1k cotton for 1s. Nov 18: Wants to purchase 3 horses and a bison for 1 silver (I realize the game has 'paper' and theoretically paper could be used for this purpose...but realistically... no.)
  11. Sounds good. It should probably generate ash in the same amount as if you used a dirt pile. Since dirt piles are like 20 ash for 20 logs, A single log burned in forge would generate 1 ash per log when the log finally goes out. It'd be tricky how to handle it if you started burning a new log before the old log was out, so probably only create one ash when the fires goes out?
  12. Since the game already awards characteristic skills gains when cooking (and fighting) it probably already has an time equivalent number that is used in those formulas. If not then there are plenty of other ways to do... (number of ingredients divided by x, meal difficulty divided by x, 42 divided by x). Besides, almost anything would be more balanced than the current "I have 20 forges in a line, each with 100 frying pans pre-mealed up, turn on sleep bonus and kaboom!"
  13. Since I started this, I'd like to state some obvious things 1) You'd still be able to turn it on and off just like now. 2) Any kind of bonus sleep bonus gives can consume sleep bonus in a balanced manner. If the bonus stamina regen makes you recover stamina a half second faster, then it uses a half second of sleep bonus to do it. If you use it during a 3 minute fight and you get a lot of skill ups doing that, it should use approximately 3 minutes of sleep bonus. ps. I have a lot of great ideas, : evil grin face
  14. Short answer: have a set amount of time that is used for these special skills. I guess this is where the new system could be used to improve the old system. Under the old system you could prepare a dozen ovens with hundreds of meals, grab the kindling and light them all just after you turn on sleep bonus. New system could just use 5 seconds of sleep bonus for each time a meal is cooked. The system could probably get more accurate if desired (meals: number of ingredients in seconds), (3 seconds + catapult distance / 5).
