  1. Can knarrs carry animals?
  2. Proposed: Canal boats, based upon those along the Erie Canal in upstate New York during the 19th century. these are shallow draft boats, hauled by a team of two mules. In the game use horses, bison, bulls, etc. They can carry a LOT of cargo, including people, animals, and heavy bulky items, but move slowly. They would need to stay near the shoreline because they are hauled along by the animals, not sailed. This would give an option for moving groups of animals other than trailing them by ropes behind you. Also you could haul that BSB full of dirt, providing you had a way to get it to the canal. It would also encourage improvement of our canals.
  3. Many new players seem to want some sort of sleep bonus, yet do not yet have the skills to construct a bed. They also may not yet have chosen a site to build a hut or permanent home. What about a bedroll as a compromise? It could be made of easily gathered materials like cotton and grass, and maybe an herb, for scent and to keep off the bedbugs. The sleep bonus would be at discounted rate. It would be carried with the player, in the backpack, and could be laid down each night and taken up each morning. This might decrease the proliferation of decaying beds across the Wurm landscape.
