  1. The simplest version would just allow renting on the door itself, and leave the rest to whatever game mechanics there are. I suppose you would want it to be manageable automatically, so a new visitor coming by could deposit a rent and start using the items directly without having to interact with the deed owner or writ owner of the structure the room was in? Basically any interaction with items inside a house requires the person to be on the friends list, giving them access to everything in the house! Any ideas?

  5. Yes something like this is definitively being talked about, the ability to attach items on walls both indoors and outdoors.   7. Yessss it is in the long term plaaaans. Me wants it! How can we make remote control levers believable in a mideval style environment? I.e. a lever to push to open / close the drawbridge placed somewhere in the castle. No red stone, No electricity, Magic? Maybe... hmmm..
  8. How about something simple as a papyrus note with top 10 newbie tips given to each new character? And newbie compass that stays after death...

  12. I wonder if this house was created earier and this bugged structure wasn't discovered, or if it was caused by another unknown bug. Anyone knows?
  13. Still bloated flooded buildings out there? Please let us know what server and deed name so can teleport there and have a look.
  14. I looked abit more into this after last trouble, and found a bug which caused the invisible buildings to occur when "tile bleeding" buildings were removed. A fix has been commited and will be in the next update. There could also be cases with rogue, invisible doors lingering after structure being deleted falsly indicating there is a structure there when it is actually completely gone. Restart of server will most likely fix the problem with the invisible houses. /Andreas

  16. That is good news. I found a bug where it might poof the wall instead of reverting it to wall plan causing the leaking, so hopefully things won't get worse. I don't think it happens anymore, if you do find some case then I'd like to know about it and what caused the missing wall segment where it should have been a wall plan instead. Yes please that would be helpful with reports of structures that are still acting up. We have to fix them manually and restart the server to fix the issues of old houses it seem to be the best way atm.
  17. No this won't require a server reset. What is happening is there for some reason appears to be missing a wall element, and thus the code that calculates the occupancy of the house is going berzerk and thinks it owns everything around it until some limit is hit. Fixing this involves finding a weird wall, one that might has been added as an inner wall when it should be an outer wall. You can tell by the fact outer walls always revert to a wall plan and that wall plan cannot be removed. What I'd like to know is if there has been anyone experiencing this from a new (less than 5 days) structure. /Andreas Edit: If you can please note the location (x,y from community map) or the name of a nearby deed with directions plus name of structure of what is bugged out.

  19. When I added arched walls, it was supposed to work like a door without a lock, regardless if it is on a deed or off a deed. /Andreas
