I very much liked your post emerald. A nice change of pace on the forum thank you for that. But remember, some people have never participated in PvP. Some people stayed on home to enjoy wurm's crafting system and what not.

It is almost idiotic to complain about a new change of nerf. I'm not saying you have to like it or appreciate it, but to complain or get mad at Rolf, the CREATOR of Wurm, makes no sense at all. He gave us this wonderful game to play and experience for ourselves. It is a privilege to play this insanely unique (one of a kind) online game. He could make it a closed game if he wanted to... It is like an owner of a restaurant who serves the only "special dish" in the state who has many people come to eat it. Say he changes the recipe to make it not as sweet so some/most people do not like it as much, and they were to get furious and angry about it. It would be fine if people stopped going the the restaurant(quit Wurm), but those who continue to get the dish while complaining to the person who made such a wonderful thing in the first place have no place to. We should thank Rolf for making this game for us to enjoy, even if it changes to where it is no longer fun or less fun, thank him for the fun you had or are still having. Remember, this is his game not yours. His world he is letting us play in. Be grateful.

dont be a child bailey. For one, you can turn off kingdom chat and second you can ignore certain individuals. You dont even have to interact with other players via chatting in order to play this game...

Daz makes a good point, he is not just trying to be funny( I think) Would you say that he is not allowed to have his own fenced in area without a deed? Of course he is. He put time into making the fence and perhaps flattening the land around it. Why should someone who works even hard to flatten more land and take the time to make the walls not enjoy their fenced in land even if it is much larger. They should be able to without greifing. Wurm is a players world, a world that you make. If they make a large reserve so be it.

This is kinda off topic because I wouldn't say he has the best personality in Wurm But I would like to thank Doughboy as a kind and friendly player. I first joined him at his village Noriyah about a year ago. I was not a newb then but I needed a helpful and friendly environment. I was starting to get bored of Wurm at the time and he seemed to make it fun again. We later moved to Wild to start of village which he worked harder than anyone to get it set up. Sadly he does not play anymore. :'( Many people did not like him because of his ideas that he posted on the forums, but he is general good guy. Always fun to talk to on vent and just bull with. Either we talk about the screwy fighting system or politics. I highly doubt he will see this but, hell. His kindness should be noted.

He never said anything about making the payment apart of the premium payment.... He just asked would you give more money to help the progress of Wurm.

Ill try and bring some 85+ql iron. I may need some help shipping it though.

well said mike, I like to think that Wurm is a mature game that isn't just point and click. Because fighting/leveling is not the only thing to do in Wurm there is no objective per say. You don't have the instant gratification that most young gamers like to see. If one can get past of the sub-par graphics and can see the great game play of Wurm they will stay and truly enjoy it.

If wurm showed ads on the loading screen, and only there, i bet it could help a lot without being annoying to anyone. Then they'd only have to wisely use the money to hire more devs or fix bugs and advertise for new players.
