  1. Edited the original with the new link.
  2. How are you in third person??
  3. This is something that I've been wishing for years, and I don't think has been updated once (other than adding lightning) in the over 10 years I've played. A good weather system with storms and rain are one of my favorite things in a game. But as of right now, the only clue that it's raining are the occasional drops around you, there are hardly any clouds around, the sky doesn't get dark, puddles don't form on the ground, things don't look wet. I and many others would be incredibly grateful if the Dev team could give the weather system some much needed love. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
  4. Wow yeah, I started playing only a short time before that, ten years.. lots of good memories and friends I'll never forget. Wurm still holds a special place in my heart, and probably always will. I'm also in much the same boat as you now, I really enjoy WU and having a whole server of my own. Though I don't play a whole lot these days, maybe a month or a few weeks here and there. I'm really wishing they would get smart like Runescape and dump Java for a proper C++ game, oh man the possibilities would literally be limitless. Because, as fun as the game has been, it feels extremely dated, especially combat and animations..
  5. Probably should make a new thread to ask this, unfortunately, I don't know anything about Sorcery. Sorry
  6. But each person would still have to add the map image, correct?
  7. Might have to start a support request with a Dev then..
  8. Do you have Skype? If so you can screen share with me and I can see exactly what you're doing.
  9. You'll need download a sql compliant database viewer like SqliteBrowser. Then, using it, open the wurmlogin database located at C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Wurm Unlimited Dedicated Server\Your server name\sqlite\wurmlogin Click the Browse Data tab near the top. Choose the "SERVERS" table from the drop down list. Scroll right until you see a column labeled "WORLDTIME". The number underneath is the total elapsed time in seconds, so, to increase it say, a day, you would add 86400 to it. So just increase it to your desired amount. Then, hit enter, click "Write Changes" at the top and you're done. Good luck.
  10. Basically, the world time is stored as an integer (I believe in seconds passed) inside the loginserver database. It is possible to advanced time by increasing this integer, though it's very trial and error. Basically, you have to change it, boot up the server, see what time / date it is, then increase or decrease more and repeat until it's about where you want it.
  11. You have the newest version of Java installed, and only the newest?
  12. Yeah, unfortunately, right now, it is handled client side. Which means, each person will have to follow those steps to have the map show up for them,.
  13. I'd be glad to help you. Want to add me on Steam or Skype? My username acurapassion on both.
