Is it just me or are my animals aging faster than they should. They're already Aged, though I got them lower tier (colts and calves) young about a week after I started this server up (the day it came out). It's been like 50 days, why are they so old already?

"Pausing" the server

That may just be it. As I said, I hadn't checked the decay rate or anything. -

Actually, it looks like there is a setting for growth timer (Field Growth Timer, hour; anyone know the setting for this from WO? Would be nice if we had a list of the WO settings), but the question still stands. Is there a way so that time doesn't progress when the server is off? Part of what I was looking for in WU is being able to set it down for a month or so when I get burned out on it and not have to worry that all my stuff has decayed when I come back. -

Ah, good, cause I was really looking forward to making my 20x20 farm. No point if they're ripe in 10 hours. -
Now, I'm not too sure how applicable this actually is, as I haven't checked decay or anything, but crops seem to be progressing at normal (or elevated) rates while the server is down. It's been a while since I played Wurm Online and I see in the wiki there was a farming overhaul that may have happened after I quit playing, but I don't remember crops going from just planted to overripe in the span of 12 hours. Anyway, I was wondering if there's a way to have it so that time DOESN'T progress while the server is down (other than futzing with my clock).

Getting rid of the wand
Crowbarella replied to Crowbarella's topic in Unlimited Questions and Confusions
NM, I figured it out. While having GM status, select the wand, right click, and choose Item>Destroy -
Is there a way to get rid of the ebony wand once you have it. And, please, no "why would you want to get rid of it" questions, I never wanted to have it in the first place, but needed it to change kingdoms.

Probably a stupid question but will the map(s) that come with WU have an altar of three or something of the equivalent so we can make priests without already having priests?
-
Was there a reason why this was set for release on Back to the Future day or was it just a coincidence?

Numbers updated, Garlic added (though currently have an open order for it).

Probably been suggested before but having a sailing skill and a cart skill. Then, when the skill is above 30 or so, you'd get a "too steep" or "too shallow" in the popup for tile selection.

20s QLs vary from .08 to 41 Will deliver. For pick up come to Crowbarland (100 tiles north of Esert).

Thing is it's not even guaranteed for cotton either, I've gotten 7 harvests in cotton since hitting 90.
