  8. Dear Wurmians, I created this by accident while trying to give myself a rare studded leather jacket. May my comical misfortune amuse you! I believe this is roughly the best armour BP that a battle priest can wear. There is a hidden buyout value which may be met either in coin or goods. I am open to trades so PM me with what you have. In particular I am interested in Smoke from Sol or Libram of the Night, but who isn't? Thoughts: Can't add a new skill without breaking recipes, unless it replaces an old one, or without refactoring the recipe system and adding a new ingredient that switches recipes to a new table of skills. So any recipe without the new ingredient (say Chillis) works on the old recipe system, any recipe that includes Chillis uses new skills. And Chilli recipes all change every time a new skill gets added. Cos Chillis are just like that ok. However, a "sailing" skill is a really cool idea Adding +10% to ship base speed or better still effective wind speed per 20 or 40 depth actually shouldn't be too difficult and would mean open ocean sailing is faster. You already have constant depth checks for getting stuck so the numbers are all right there. Could apply this only at full sails so it doesn't destroy manoeuvring The ships need a review anyway. Why does a Caravel have less volume than a Knarr? That's not physically possible, look at them. Caravel (and to a lesser extent Cog and Corbita) should be way faster in deep water too, might give people a reason to build them.
  11. Should just be a matter of adding pillar pieces that fit left and right arches above, which should be a matter of cutting and stretching (and re-UV-ing so the texture doesn't get stretched) the pillar sections of the existing arches.
  12. What purpose does it serve, other than constantly annoying the player? It's not a realistic limitation of any kind either. Stamina shouldn't drain riding a horse. I've ridden horses on steep terrain and while it's tiring in the long term it doesn't cause acute stamina drain like it does in wurm. In fact I'm pretty sure the stamina drain riding horses or vehicles on slopes is a bug... it's taking stamina as though the player is walking/running up that hill. I recently came back to the game after a solid 8 year break and it's amazingly awesome in so many ways now... Rifts, treasure hunts, interface stuff, cooking etc, all brilliant. But it's almost comical this ancient [likely a bug/feature] is still confronting me constantly.

  19. I would like an answer for this too. I bought a Basic shoulder pad last night based on the description (I wear Studded Leather which is medium armour according to everything else in game) but when equipped the buff icon say it only works for chain and plate. Does it work for studded leather or not? And if not, which shoulder pad should I have bought?
