  1. Many deeds are not on WurmNode, just as they were missing from Niarja too. The two main reasons are: 1. Old deeds that were founded before the Twitter feed was introduced are not included. 2. Renamed deeds are not on the list either, because renames never appeared on Twitter.
  2. Thank you. All added.
  3. A character can have multiple deeds; one deed on each server.
  4. ... clearly speaking about the new tutorial server, NOT about the current servers!
  5. Windows Defender found a threat in that tar file: Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml
  6. The map dump has been updated with the latest release (08-Mar-2024).
  7. Thank you. All modifications made.
  8. This. You would not believe how "creative" some players are... For every nice thing the devs give us you can be sure there is someone who abuses it 😒 And that's why it takes a lot longer than just a few hours, sadly! Let's be patient.
  9. As Brattygirl said, there is an updated community map for each Wurm server. You can find those maps on the forums - or use the links given here: https://yaga.host/
  10. Thank you. Modifications made.
  11. Thank you. All added.
  12. Deliverance was created in September 2011. I also started playing in that year, and cannot really remember all the things that were added, changed or improved since then. So many of them, actually! Perusing the list of patch notes may help: https://www.wurmpedia.com/index.php/Update
  13. Thanks, all. Added/changed.
  14. Please keep in mind that the timing of seasons can differ between servers.
  15. All added/changed. Happy New Year!
  16. "Flatten", used on tile edges, can be extremely useful to increase slopes above 40 dirts (avoiding dirt flowing down).
  17. To be able to move your deed to its correct location, I'd need the deed name though
  18. There has been no change at all.
  19. Thank you for this interesting thread. If you are really interested in our very personal reasons why we do not play PvP, here is how I feel about it. This is strictly about me and my attitude towards non-peaceful player interaction; I do not intend to judge or blame other players who may think differently - even if I sometimes have problems understanding some peoples' attitude 😉. I have always been a peaceful person, trying to be friendly and helpful towards anybody. The mere idea of intentionally fighting and harming others does not really appeal to me. This applies to real life as well as it does to any virtual environment. As a human being I hate and despise aggression, fighting and war - so why should I look for (or even enjoy) the same kind of things in a video game? The mere concept of considering a group of other players my "enemies" and hate them enough to go and kill their avatars and rob them of all their possessions totally escapes me! I am just not the kind of person gaining any joy or satisfaction from aggression, violence or "schadenfreude" about other players' grief. Before I joined Wurm Online in 2011 I came from a game called Mortal Online, with a full-loot PVP system everywhere, except in certain small PVE enclaves. I tried hard to live a peaceful life as a map maker, and indeed after a short while I was popular and very much appreciated by the community for my detailed server and city maps. Yet - whenever I left my little peaceful enclave to explore the country for new map data, a few gankers appeared very soon, killed me and looted all my equipment. Needless to say, my map service was discontinued after a while because I got frustrated with all that senseless PvP annoyance - and I left that otherwise nice and promising game. No wonder that after such an experience I never ever felt the urge to join a PvP community. It is just not my way of thinking. Why fight other players instead of being their friend? And last not least: watching the PvP scene in Wurm Online for 12 years has convinced me that apparently "PvP mentality" tends to diffuse from the in-game world into our real world! When dealing with PvP players (in chat or otherwise) I was often met with rejection, aggressiveness, rudeness and disrespect. (Please note: I am NOT saying that this applies to every PvP player; I am sure most of you are nice people - at least I hope so. But I did meet a fair share of rude, aggressive bullies, believe me.) I am not a psychologist, but I guess there are some scientific explanations for this phenomenon. (Just look at our forums or the discord channels for some very striking examples.) All human beings are different, and that also means that all players are different. So I just tried to give a very subjective summary of my personal feelings and reasons not to join the PvP community. I certainly did not mean to offend anybody. Have fun, everyone, and Happy Wurming! ❤️
  20. Indeed! (I should have consulted my own map, lol.) Thanks for pointing this out. I changed the coordinates.
  21. Thank you, all added. @Brandon: The map already has a tower named "Soleca 498" at [336,122]. This may be a wrong position, or two towers with the same name. Can you verify?
  22. Thanks. Added. (Sorry for the delay)
  23. 27.10.2023, 10:57:13 > Vynora's test has been completed successfully. A new mission, Test from Vynora, is now available!
