  1. That's not the compass, it's a third party app called Wurmclock: http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/61451-wurmclock-desktop-app-showing-current-wurm-time-and-date/
  2. I occasionally get visual glitches in the game, and if I ignore them and keep playing they get worse and worse until my game crashes. The other day I got one that looked really impressive: It went on and on into the sky and in both directions as far as I could see, like some kind of infinite fortress
  3. I had a horse unhitch earlier, but I'm fairly sure it's because I had it tamed, and then it became untamed while I was logged out. I logged out with one horse out of two on a cart tamed. I was standing beside the cart when I logged out. When I logged in I was still beside the cart, the non pet horse was still hitched, but the other horse was off to the side a bit and not hitched, and was no longer a pet.
  4. Couldn't you just plant oak/willow trees around the path of love spot? They inhibit tree growth for 2 squares around them I think.
  5. That did help a bit, the trees look like proper trees, but some of the bushes still have the black backgrounds. I'll keep poking around, but it's at least playable now. Thanks!
  6. I've just started playing and I'm having an issue where all of the leaves on some trees and bushes are not properly displaying their transparency. Instead they're made up of black squares with leaves printed on them. Here's a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/aZB1p4x.jpg Someone in the CAHelp chat suggested I try reinstalling, so I followed the instructions here: http://www.wurmpedia.com/index.php/Reinstall That didn't seem to work, so I tried 'Verify all packs' in the launcher. That gave me the error "Could not copy graphics.jar to graphics.jar.bak" Googling that lead me to here: http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/62100-classjf-could-not-copy-graphicsjar-to-graphicsjarbak/ After deleting graphics.jar and redownloading, I can now verify all packs without any error, but the draw problem remains. I checked to make sure I'm running the latest version of Java (ver 7, update 25). My video card drivers are all up to date (it's an ASUS HD7850 card, if that matters). I've tried googling, searching the forums and the wiki, and I'm stumped. Any suggestions or solutions would be super helpful, thanks! -Hikahi
