Boat locks cannot be lockpicked. So they must have the key if they opened the boat. How do you know they have opened the boat and taken the inventory if you cannot get to the boat ? The boat cannot be moved if it is moored. If it was moved then it wasnt moored. Notice some people activate a rope by mistake and fail to notice the mooring not processed. Also you cannot accuse the "Bros" as thats discriminating against all Bros. Finaly, this should be posted in boat salvage forum not here. Think that answers this thread.

OK thats enough, I got what I wanted from this. Thanks to the few that tried to express constructive comments, but were quickly submerged in trolling, de-railing, mud slinging, and unsupported accusations. Typical conduct from the ones we expect it from, so at least that is consistant. I have my answers and see no purpose to leave it open.

I don't know, odd. I've actually dealt with you directly and indirectly several times, enough to have the opinion founded upon my own findings that you are bias. It's your opinion that you aren't, and I respect that, and it's mine that you are. I have seen you act bias in the past, and play favorites like other GMs. It's something players get used to. Perhaps if you think the viewpoint of others is that you're bias, than it's just not only my belief that you are.

I wouldnt admit to inconsistancy as each case is different and is dealt with as best we can, often not with the same result as similar cases in your viewpoint so it could appear as inconsistant. But bias, never, but then you really dont know me and that claim is unfounded as you only have your viewpoint or the viewpoint of others in a similar position to go by.

Here you are, a thread to discuss this word and its implications. Funny actually that everyone is going on about consistancy when in fact it dosnt allow for progress. Old processes rules etc if consistant would never be changed or get upgraded because its seen as inconsistant. I wonder if everyone understands that jumping on the consistancy bandwagon could be making a cross for your own backs. We have a number of projects that have been stopped now as it could be seen as inconsistant to everyone, and would just add further uproar and abuse from you. I do not understand why people continue to object to progress in a world that lives for progress. Maybe someday they will learn how to accept change and the advantages that it often provides.

FM and FD were cleared with Rolf as GM run towns that may use GM characters if needed. Reasoning for all this was to have a start center set up for new players. FM and the area are basically the front door to wurm for most new players and we wanted to have something in place to assist. Thats why we try and keep it clear as best as we can, although at times it may not look like it. I have in using Oracle moved thousands of items that have been dropped around into the rubbish bins that we provided. This is an ongoing problem and the use of GM characters is essential. The market area needs to be expanded, and a thread requesting asssistance posted on forums. The response wasnt great and the GM is by right assisting those that are helping there. Whats the reason for this ? Is there a know exploit involved ? Is there a rule against it ? If not good luck with the project.

The only fix so to speak so far was to get the player to make a new character. Otherwise I have to be online with the character and manualy adjust the characteristics to a start value. At this point of time thats all we can suggest. If this isnt appropriate you will have to send a forum PM to me.

Sorry to say this , imo it would be abused as much as the CA channel is now. Nice idea, but not the answer, we need an AH ( Auction House ).

Currently we are having a few problems with skill bugs affecting any player on the GV server. We cannot get to that server without being compromised ourselves. So I ask that if you have had any such problems to post here so we can get to you asap. Thanks

Tich is correct. Re game rules. While we cannot recover any loss incurred we can ensure the player is penalised appropriately. Budda, you need to Pm the details to a GM to support your claim.
