New deed at x21 y26 north west corner of that tile, squeezed in between esert. farmville & newmarkey. HemsGard minimum sized 5 by 5 deed, gonna breed horses hopefully.

P4 the Lonely Plain ( reminds me of the Hobbit and the Lonely Mountain ).

I have a minimum size 5 by 5 deed with a free 5 tile perimeter. In order to reduce friction with one of my neighbours I'd like to reduce the size of the perimeter down to 2 tiles. I couldn't see a way to reduce it only increase it. Is it possible to reduce it ?

I play from the UK broadband connection. I've been playing 3 days, first 24 hours were sweet, built my shed, fenced off some land, did some mining all on the highest settings. I was very impressed. Day 2 and day 3 it has taken over a minute to do even the simplest task, like move an item from my inventory to a forge, The only action not lagging is moving around. I even put the settings down to low on everything but that doesn't help. This awful lag just makes the game unplayable for me at the moment. Are the servers lagging for everyone ? or it is just me ? thanks.
