Map Feedback It's been a while now since a new map was added to the cluster and I'm looking to add some new maps to the cluster and retire Viridian. A little background on the servers/maps I intend to repurpose or make new Fuschia was the PVP map the was 1024x1024 volcano map, it was very unpopular and due to the mass amount of changes I wanted to do with so little time, I shelved the map along with any future plans Viridian is our tiny 1024x1024 noobie map with lots of water travel and 3 islands. This map was never that popular or had much traffic which I thought it would, even after a year worth of time, it remained pretty much undeeded and very inactive for most parts of the map. Taking feedback and map suggestions I'm looking for suggestions and ideas of what types of map that you prefer, what type of land features and etc. I'm open to taking any map from the Wurm Online forums to use in our cluster and the only limiting factor is the map must not be bigger than 4096x4096 as I do not have the resources to run a map of that size on top of everything else running on the server. I'm also willing to work with you to create a map and test it for use in our cluster So at the moment, I'm looking into adding 2 new maps to our cluster, one which will replace Viridian and the other will be entirely new Please let me know your feedback and what you think!

Update News Discord invite links were updated Resuming normal server operation Server operation will be resuming to normal for the foreseeable future. After some immediate personal matters that required me take a step away from anything server related for a long time, I am now in the position to start hosting again but I don't have as much time to interact and will be solely focusing on development, server backend, and website matters. Support tickets ingame will be handled as normal and any additional bug reports must be submitted to the forum at: http://kkamui.xyz/forum/category/9/bugs Discord will solely be used as a relay for information to be kept up to date. Update News Crafters mod was updated, hopefully relieving some wierd ID bugs between contracts Crafter base imping prices have fluctuated up due to a silver shortage within the kingdom. Crafter Contracts were increased to 50 silver Crafters will no longer imp minedoors of any kind. Crafters will now charge extra for imping moon metal and dragon armor items. Cerulean Public Works I have created a deed for public use of iron veins and forges for all to access and use! There is a mine straight from the road into the forges building with iron vein and forges Where is it located? Livemap updating again The live map was not updating for a couple of days due to changes within the host and is now back to operating everyday.

I was curious if adding some sort of item filter would be possible? Rather it be only for that crafter or some kind of global item filter set via the config, whichever is easier? I want to disallow players to use the crafters to imp metal minedoors only from Blacksmithing, everything else is fine

Update News Cerulean's aggressive count was lowered slightly Cerulean's rift mobs have decreased in number Rare bones are more likely to be obtained from sacrificing. Hopefully fully fixed this time. Traders funds are running low due to a global silver shortage. It is unknown how long it last but the king is working hard to return his economy to normal Paradise Creature count was lowered slightly to reduce animal cluttering Incoming Champion Changes For a while now Champions seem way to easy and abundant to obtain. Champions should be a little harder to get, as of right now, to become a champion all you need to do is: Pray unlimited number of timers until you become priest and keep going until champion. I want to make it a little more effort to keep this status because by going champion you instantly get the following 50-75% damage reduction Instant +5 to all stats Instant CR bonuses to fighting Better Casting Instant +50 to religion skills Faster Favor gain I want to create a system where players have to work to keep this instead of creating many alts and just having them be champion forever with no fear of loosing it because they do not fight or risk dying. I will say now that I want this system to extremely fair and balanced. I've made the system extremely accessible but by doing so, removed the grind to getting this status and keeping it. At this time, we are looking at our options and can't bring any certain changes to the system but I just wanted to let everyone know that we are looking into it. Infrastructure Bill The Infrastructure bill was created to encourage players to build more infrastructure like roads that fit under the highway build guidelines and towers along those roads to make it easier for players locate and find deeds in the farthest corners of the map with an ongoing reward for doing so. This event will be ongoing for the foreseeable future. This gave players a monthly stipend of 5 silver per month to help with deed upkeep and etc. However, in recent months, this was not offered as the missions used to give out that silver have been broken since Cerulean launch. This process was highly manual for myself as it required a restart every time to roll over the new month for monthly silver and reset the mission that gave it out, I often neglected it due to being way to busy at the time with many other projects going on. At this time and for the foreseeable future, monthly silver will no longer be offered for the following reasons: The way the monthly silver was handled was with the mission system which often could be broken way to easily. It was extremely tedious to diagnose the issue and often required database intervention meaning unexpected/unplanned server downtime. The economy has plenty of silver right now There are plenty of ways to make silver now and in greater amounts with a little more effort. See that post here More events that offer silver rewards will be started soon. Deeding is now free on all servers and deeds get a free month upkeep, which is plenty of time to make money if the player intends to play seriously. I will be working on omitting this from any documentation and articles regarding Monthly Silver as to not mislead or misinform new players. Thank you for the understanding and I hope you all have a great weekend! This also means the end of life for starter silver aswell, which I did not mention in the main post. Players used to start with 9 silver but this wasn't given out for almost a year now due to issues with the mod that was used at the time. Players seemed fine without this and now that free deeding is enabled, there is truly no need for this as money making is as easy and streamlined as ever.

I also had this issue but far less in depth than you I just forgot to report it and logs are long gone by now without extensive searching I also had some console spam relating No item found with id with the mod and it would often cause server lag. I had to end up removing the mod because of the endless errors until I got around to reporting it.

Using the following commands will make it alot easier but just be careful. #flattenDirt NorthNum EastNum SouthNum WestNum #flattenRock NorthNum EastNum SouthNum WestNum - Flattens the area into rock instead of dirt (does not actually update the rock layer, see below) Using these commands doesn't actually update the rocklayer though, it requires you to go to those tiles and surface mine once so the actual rock layer updates. If you don't do this, it will create alot of issues and spikes, or just not let you tunnel at all sometimes. However, this could be a non-issue if you dont' intend to create a mine or anything on where you are using the commands These commands also go by your current height when in fly mode. So if you fly up really high and use #flattenDirt 0 0 0 0 , it will just create a 1x1 tile under you at your current height. Very useful for creating GM Islands or testing areas I find these much easier than right clicking menus to go focus zone flattening, it takes way to much time and is pretty inconvenient and has less control than the commands

Event Concluded The event has been concluded! Any additional towers built after at this point and submitted to /support tickets will not be rewarded as time has expired. Paradise Reintroduction Paradise Livemap Paradise is being reintroduced back into the cluster as a map you can travel to, however, Cerulean will remain the main server and center map. For those that don't remember or new the server, I'll list below Paradise's stats 2048x2048 with 3 starter deeds in all corners of the map. 35k Mob count at 10% aggressives Free deeding. Upkeep enabled with deed taxes for inactive deeds, just like Cerulean. Dirt layer 40-60 dirt in most areas Ores are more dense than Cerulean. You will find ores very abundant. Terrain is a more treacherous then Cerulean with lots of slopes. Map is very unpopulated with only a couple of deeds remaining from when it was shut down a couple of months ago. Paradise's default CR is 0 meaning mobs will be much harder then Cerulean but not by much if you have 50 fighting. Everything is the same as Cerulean from there from skill timers, skill ramping, farming and breeding timers. It's all the same. You will be able to travel to this map by boat by traveling east on Cerulean or using the portal at Cerulean Tides and Viridian City. Keep in mind that Paradise is an already established map as it was the original map from 2018 used up until Cerulean was released a couple of months ago. It has infrastructure and old deeds, but we still encourage players to explore and deed on this map aswell!

Minipet eggs were spawned on the server. Start roaming to find them! Some starter tools were given to new players at 10ql, this should have been 30 and all new players after this change will now receive 30ql starter tools as intended. Please submit a /support ticket to receive these tools if you did not start at 30ql New players will start with 2x ropes at 50ql instead of 1 at 30ql now. I want to do this before my vacation but I'm not sure that timeline is realistic as it may require more tweaking to the map itself. Details at this time are uncertain as I'm still generating the map but it's size will either be 1024x1024 or 2048x2048 depending on feedback and what the players want to see in a new map. At this time, I'm also open to accepting maps that you've generated! PM me if you are interested and I'll work with you to test the map before it's release on the cluster! Animal Pathfinding Fixes incoming @Mazzlerazz is currently looking into animal pathfinding bugs. We want to tackle mobs getting onto highslopes and just unable to path off of them aswell as getting stuck on slopes with water nearby. We've tracked down the root issue, it will just take some time to get this fully tweaked and fixed as it is a very long standing Wurm bug. Distant Rendering for Wurm Unlimited This mod requires Ago's client modloader that can be downloaded from GitHub Simply put this mod into your Wurm Unlimited client mod folder like any other mod. This mod only works on servers that are using the server side mod that improves the distant terrain generation. KarmaActions Revival & Recode A couple of years ago I had created a mod that would allow for karma to be gained by burying corpses and several other actions, however it was abandoned at the time because bigger projects such as the Champion System rework. However, now seems a great time to bring this project back and expand on it! I will be writing this mod from scratch to work better with new Wurm Unlimited versions and create some new incentives and ways to gain karma. I also want to tie this into the Champion system but how is not certain yet. If you have any ideas on for ways you'd like to gain karma, let me know!
