  6. this always bugged me lol how often when your actually stuck are you "firmly on the ground", at the same time I do understand as it might be abused otherwise
  7. well that depends what the deed owner wants to accomplish , I know of some owners that give people a place to stay, food, horses, ect in exchange for their help building/crafting things that can be sold to benefit the deed and the people living on it, but for me I just like to have my friends close by OP- I would say if you find someone that's willing to work with you and patient enough to gain your trust to more or less become a full time resident of your deed it would work, problem would be finding someone that would agree to your terms, most likely someone that has a basic understanding of the game and maybe cannot afford a deed of their own ?
