  4. That's because they aren't 0.01, wurm often rounds up on amounts. that being said I'm all for it. Lets just base it off an average of 50 in local and call it 0.01 flat for hide. At least that way sellers can know how much they're really buying.

  9. This really isn't a survival game. As to the suggestion: Definite Nay on PvP as Argustin mentioned. For Pve... I'm sorta against the concept. But considering we have tents and everything at this point I can't really say why, or feel I can be against it reasonably. So I guess I'm neutral to the idea? I unno confuses me.
  10. I actually never specify the damage because it's meaningless for that equation so long as it's constant (which it is if we exclude RNG, and in the long run RNG does become excludable over infinite hits).
  11. I like to run my auctions from friday>sunday. Because it catches basically all people who might be interested. Anything shorter than that and I feel like I'm selling myself short.

For WTS, the terminology you're looking for is "Taking offers via PMs" Bidding is a term used specifically for auctions where you commit to selling to the highest bidder who meets your specifications after X time. Selling for offers keeps your right to turn down said offers, but you also don't have to specify rules for the sale like times and etc. Usually WTS is done privately via PMs, auctions publically.

It's 0.132% damage if you double check his math. 10k power takes roughly 1000x10 damage hits on a living player on Chaos to acquire 10k power I was guessing off the math Rosedragon mentioned to me. It's by no means a rewarding task and the produced value probably wouldn't be high enough to make it worth doing for sale. It also takes the same spot as Lifetransfer.

  18. Welcom welcome sagoth Tinkering with the rules to reflect our past experiences. Hunts may now be forced earlier in the day to accomodate other hunt events on different servers, and signup sheets go live ~24hrs before the hunt event. That way people online at that time normally get easiest access to it

  20. q50 huge axe on a hedge gets 1.0 points of damage, on a stone wall it gets 0.1 When trying to destroy a hedge with a q70 hatchet, a q58 hedge ground my hatchet from q70 down to q50 with 42 repairing skill. A q1 hatchet was destroyed before it finished a single destroy action on it. Seems like a decimal place was overlooked.
  21. Sure, but there could be plenty of challenge locations for Xanadu settling with half as many mountains still. Mountain space is never is short supply for crazy surface miners. As such, the amount and size of mountains on xanadu just reduces the optimal population load on Xan compared to what it could be. With less mountains ever crazy mountain hermit would still have a place to call home.
  22. Demise spells are known to increase combat rating by a flat value of 1. (Effective 10% extra chance to hit on specialized targets) Quoted from the wiki. Wiki isn't always right, but that's pretty easy to test.
  23. You could test it during a unique fight by getting enough focus levels to get % chance to aim at areas, and swap weapons. After a couple seconds for an update you should see those numbers change if there's a CR difference.
  24. I kinda feel Xan is too mountainous. Lot of the server is basically unsettleable because of how many crazy mountains that place has. Just feels like a little too much.
