So I tried to log in on a few old accounts. I managed to log in on two of them, and could see the others havent been online since between some 1300 and 4500 days ago. Anyways, most of the accounts on deli said I had to registre an account? what would that be all about?

If you paied premium you have played after june 2006. some one tripped over the cable in 2007. so if you have logged in since some where around summer 2007 you should be ok, Rolf had a bad sandwich and invited pvp on the home server so it was nuked and indepencence server was created. If you where on wild, in 2007 you probably still are.

Almost 11 years ago Helge poked Bradow and me to come play this game he was playing. Helge quit soon after, Bradow a few years later, but I got stuck here for some odd reason. That is alot more time than I had originaly planned, heck even if I get to be 100 years old, more than 1% of my entire life was spend looking at a screen that said wurm. It was fun. I would like to thank all of you who made this journy a very plesant one. I do not do goodbyes very well, so I do not intend to make a long post. It has been a silly hard desicion for me to leave wurm, but id like to thank the some of the curent dev team for making that desicion much easier for me. I know I will miss alot of people in this game, I may even find some alt some where to log in and chat some day. In the next couple of months I may log in now and then as I still have some unsorted stuff from recently deceased friends and long time ago quit friends still left. I handed over my deed and belongings to friends, and I am trying to sell what ever I have left. I have sold Mith to a friend but if she/he wishes to remain anonymus I have no idea. I am about to sell most of what I have, first we empty the forges, first load is now on 4 merchants at Flippys Harbour M8 on the ingame Deli map. Prices are about 1/3 of the spell power for the 70-100+ power casts in copper coins. The lower power casts are about 1 copper and up. I want to get rid of the stuff. I dont spend alot of time pricing the items, so some prices may be off, I apprently sold a rare 2h sword for 3iron the other day. There are a few merchants there that are not mine, and there are a few items that I have only strongly reduced the price on. Anyone have a clue what 60ql sculpting wands are worth these days? I could use abit of help pricing seryll plate and chain sets also. A way to store some 5-6.000 kg of stuff without decay, preferably that can be managed in one window. If you think that is unrealistic, then what are dragons, unicorns, meditation powers, and the magic from the preists?

So when Budda said this " Allowing a broken, bugged mechanic to be the official solution to other bugged items (a solution that a very small percentage of players actually have access to) isn't acceptable, imo. Replacing that bugged mechanic (that allows a method storing of near unlimited numbers of items with no decay whatsoever) with something else that all players can access (that fills the need these items currently fill, not including the obvious broken parts), as well as fixing those bugged items (e.g. pelts not fitting in anything realistic) is the best option we have. In the very near future I'll be working on a larger mechanic change that will help with the loss of fountain pans - but I'm not ready to give the details for those yet. You'll just have to trust that I know this is a big deal for some people, and I'll be aiming to soften the blow of losing fountain pans as much as I can while leaving the broken mechanic of it gone.
