on wild, a server at perpetual war, walling someone in is fair game, while on freedom it is not. as said above, 2 different servers, 2 different rulesets

will bet almost 100% that this should actually read since you are given 3 silver in upkeep from the deed paper when you found, this 3 silver is deducted from the returned fundage

the full menu and ever shifting order of options is by design. not sure that self editing it to include only things you want would be something rolf would want to do, never know though

actually had this happen to me and a large cart a few weeks back as well

traders get money from deed upkeep. no player deeds on GV, hence no money to give to traders. intentional on GV traders on both wild and freedom have gotten TONS less money since deed upkeep was dramatically reduced, coupled with an overhaul that requires some active buying from the trader now for him to recieve any portion of the fundage pool

the outlaw system that is already in place worked like so if you hit 0 rep, you became outlaw until rep regained above 0 if you did anything you werent supposed to do, you got even more negative rep if you died, it was 5x skill loss if someone attacked you, they were free to kill you, and usually did, you then got 5x skill loss if you attempted to fight back, you got even more negative rep. if you killed anyone as outlaw, you got -200 rep at a certain negative number you were automagically shipped to the wild server as a BL all in all i only see 1 or 2 tweaks that need to happen to the old system to make it viable again

these discussions pop up every few months for the last 4-6 years, and Rolf has yet to change it. if you feel you have something to add, there are already threads in the suggestion forum, add relevant stuff there. until such time as Rolf changes his mind, kingdom chats will still be moderated and you are still obliged to follow the rules. i didn't ignore the other half of your post, i simply felt no need to comment on it, as there are rules in place that make your point irrelevant.

i got a great idea.... leave the personal attacks towards the person behind the character at the door. crap talk is fine, nothing wrong with banter back and forth at all, it's fun and adds excitement. when it transcends beyond the avatar on the screen into attacks on the person behind it, enough is enough. when it goes from the game, onto PM's on the forums, enough is enough. when it goes to harassment over MSN, enough is enough.

war is war, and we aren't trying to change it, but the simple fact of the matter remains. ignore is still your line of defense, but enough is enough there are alot of idiots who CANNOT draw a line between the character and the player behind it. attacks against the person behind the avatar are childish, and meet ALL definitions of harassment. perhaps if you're too blind to see that you need to take a step back and take a breath
