Neither party is really interested in apologizing, because neither feel as tho they are in the wrong. I gave in and apologized the first time there was an issue with Gumbo, I didn't feel like it was warranted because Slick and I had done nothing, but attempt to get our villager out of a mine that he swore he accidently fell into. There was nothing a gm could or would do, not even teleport the villager out of gumbos mine. So I apologized to him, so he would let the villager out of his mine. I will not bend to his ego again, and I do not expect Slick to either. We, again, have done nothing wrong in this event, we stay at our deed and work on our projects, someone came and disrupted that. Because of recent and past issues it was quite obvious that it was intended to cause grief. The GM handled it, he did not play favourites, no one got banned. He had all the information and made a fully informed decision, and it's done and over with.

Everyone needs to stop this. Gumbo doesn't like Slick, Slick doesn't like Gumbo. Block each other and get over it. All this crap started a long time ago because a noob villager fell into a stupid mine. GET OVER IT!

The only point you are making is that you have held a very long grudge, over stuff that happened a long time ago. Considering your recent actions, and you getting away basically unscathed and scott free, you have gotten your pay back. Be happy with that and drop this already, let it be done. If you hate slick so much then block him and get over it.

Post all of the logs you wish. Nothing I have done or said is a lie, or meant to cause grief. If I really cared about all this drama I would even post a picture of my younger brothers face, where he fell during his seizure. I do not like to participate in these petty forum squabbles tho, but this one seems to just keep going. No one here has all the information required to make a true judgement on the matter, not even my self. The GM's have all the information, they are the only ones who do, and they made their decision. All this needs to end now, so we can all get back to enjoying wurm.

In any other instance I would agree with everything you said. But considering past and current issues between our deed and Gumbo, It's very obvious that the actions were intended to cause grief in our village and the surrounding area. As for the directive given to gumbo, it was also given to us. I personally think it was a good middle ground decision, and it should force a hopeful end to this issue once and for all.

Anyone with a shred of intelligence would see what you did as griefing. Was cutting down our neighbors tree farm and packing the words "bridge" into the grass, to taunt us about an idea for a bridge also something we made up? The GM's at the time deemed that griefing. How about coming to our village to "mine" and talking crap to our villagers about Slickshot, calling him a c%$#sucker and looking around for something to report about our deed, just to get back at us for your hurt feelings. If any changes are made to enclosure rules, I think some other things need to be changed as well. One thing is not being allowed to hold more than one deed form per toon. How can we protect our land, if everything is deed it or lose it? We can't all afford to pay for premium on countless alts. It also forces villagers to leave, when they want to stay but hold a deed somewhere for another reason. I don't see any reason for this limitation, other than forcing players to spend more and more money on the game.
