  1. Big +1 from me. Remove those stupid glimmersteel boulders from terraforming, and in turn maybe make them a bit less devastating. I'm okay with them hitting deeds, but maybe in a fashion that doesnt completely wreck the land.. but maybe just does slight terraforming and structure damage.. Off deed they can do massive damage for all i care, but the only part of this that makes you feel you really won a scenario and it did something is if it hits enemies and not just enemy territory like a random forest or something.

  3. It will also not update your body strenght untill you get a tick.. I usually climb a bit untill it updates. and as said doesnt work if you are above 40 body str. And the Cast power is a percentage increase.. so 30 body and 50 power cast ? 45 body str result.
  4. Sitting on a 100/100Mbit connection atm.. actually a shared 200/200mbit.. but each apartment only has a 100mbit link max
  5. Granted the 545 is a bit away from being highend .. but even so i see no reason this machine shouldnt be able to play with almost max settings.. turn off sunglare, shadows maybe and water reflectons and it should run and look fine.. put rest at maximumish settings.

  7. my priest generally never leaves the altar.. except for the odd mining (lib priest) and cooking.. otherwise i spam prayer and stay near altar for sermons, enchanting, confessions and linking to and from other priests. libs sadly cant farm.. but farming, and fishing are decent occupations for a vyn priest i'd think. but queuing 3 prayers is something you have to do every 1-2 minute tops. and gives decent soul depth and str too. also once you hit 50 faith praying will occasionally give gems usually from 1-40ql maybe occasionally higher.. but they are nice for vesseliing skillgrind.. so pray a lot past 50 faith. *Edit* also if you are on freedom i'd lean towards a vyn priest.. can always start a fo/mag later if you need genesis, strongwall etc.

    I'm guessing tune as ive seen already i trying to gather more info to put on the wiki.. (btw good job on updating some pages) to that i can just say.. that if the people who own the artifacts wanted other people to know truely what they do.. they would probably have added the info themselves This is one of the things where people will probably have to capture them and find out for themselves to get accurate information. otherwise it will be heresay from enemies etc and probably not very accurate.

  11. Yeah its not uncommon and i'd suspect something similar is going on here.. 4g is not something a newbie would likely own. Also selling at 50e pr 1g, while not something i usually care about since im not a fellow seller, it is something a lot of other goldsellers dont like pulling down value some argue. so selling more or less anon. makes sense to me. i would probably do the same, see no real reason to distrust this seller
  12. Or simply implement a real friendslist popup window to add/delete friends and show their current kingdom, town membership and maybe town rank. (or which ever info is deemed ok) and ofc Last online: 1 hour, 1 day etc.

  15. no you are wrong i help people.. but people who show up on the forum and badmouth hots shouldnt expect good treatment tbh. hots isnt like other kingdoms.. you need to earn peoples trust here, its not a given like it can be in other kingdoms where you have the outlaw system to help protect against rotten apples. And youve already shown yourself unwilling to make the effort to make friends here.. so dont expect anyone to act friendly to you now, all im saying.

  17. Well thats you're experience mine was very different.. never been killed by another hots, recieved a lot of help. But if you are gonna be like this and generalize and call all Hots under the same hat i'm sure people are more than willing to oblige you are treat you this way then.

Sry.. you calling yourself a new player.. i thought you said you were an enemy who converted to hots. those are 2 different things in my eyes dont know your story.. but if you were on elevation its very common for us to distrust new people and converters, who havent been through blh and developing some relationships and shown to be good players etc. Unless you got some people on hots that can vouch for you i wouldnt suggest just showing up on Elevation, safer to go to BLH which is a fair bit more friendly to new people, develop some relationships and show us we can trust you etc. But yeah.. if this was on affliction.. well normally hots on hots action isnt tolerated by the community there.. try to be a fairly friendly enviroment for newcomers. but even then other players can be a bit paranoid simply because BL doesnt offer the reputation/outlaw system that WL has preventing others from killing you without penalty.

    From what i understood reading stuff about it myself. the ideas was on end of scenario there would be a small chance someone maybe a follower/priest of the winning god would recieve a cherry to become a demigod.. and from there same minute chance to become a god later.

  22. This image kinda says it all.. The horse is "Mature fat Thunderdog" when i mouseover.. yesterday it was Adol. Diseased Thunderdog.. when i lead/stopleading it shows up correctly in event.. when i mount/dismount is shows what it was yesterday.. diseased. seems a bit odd.

Agree with protunia.. old bugged items should be removed.. do a database sweep for fountains not on a tile and pop them out on the tile where they currently are.. and let the players deal with them Same for old butchers knife.. update the weight to match the new ones.. Or the swords with enchants stacked that shouldnt be possible. i dont think keeping these kind of items in the game is a good idea. it basically gives people who exploited knowing or unknowingly an advantage over other players. TLDR - Punish exploiters, don't reward them. Just my 2 cents.. A Cleanup before wurm 1.0 would be a welcome addition in my book.

Personally i kinda like the idea But then again i'd have to play devils advocate. i think the topping of to 5hours was only really added to appease people who mightve lost sleepbonus from a crash/bug in the first place.. the fact that everyone gets topped of to 5hours even if they hadnt lost any SB to begin with is already a big perk. And if you had 5 hours and didnt get anything from it.. well you havent really lost anything, and therefor shouldnt really need to be reimbursed. But then again comes the pvp server concerns where giving 1 person a bonus and not someone else could skew the result i guess.. erhm mixed feelings about this +½ maybe
  25. Agreed.. missions need more variety Elevation needs to have more pvp missions.. and not.. find some hidden gem and sacrifice it. Give us some .. conquer an enemy guardtower, kill xx enemy towerguards, go hunt down 40 creatures (more often), and less of the build pylons obelisk, cut trees. Give home servers the build stuff, cut x tree, hunt for thing etc.. What im saying is elevation could be pvp and religious missions more than not.. and home servers can get the build stuff and also some religious ones ofc. And i really like the original idea of using enchanting/spells in missions too.. to make priests feel like they are contributing more to their cause aswell. Enchant 40 RT Weapons, Enchant 40 Flaming Aura weapons etc. Or just something simple like Bless 10-20 different people. Lot of stuff that could be added.. even more than would promote more pvp on elevation. and more use of priests in missions.
