There is an old alpha version screenshot, which shows an inventory where items have a red and a green bar which indicates both damage and quality. For some reason that would have been alot more fun then numbers.

Every dumbnut knew when spawns were introduced, something like this would happen. I fiercly opposed the new spawns and insisted on keeping the older ones. But hey, you're all with the crap now, not my problem anymore. Just hopping by saying I was right to start with. [me=Tosti]walks away whistling[/me]

Wurm supposed to be without any form of classes, so, yes. I would suggest other ways to realize this though.

Why do so much people insist on publishing this game? It isn't being published for a very real reason. Otherwise it would have been done ages ago.

Wurm is just fine for me. So I heard by chance that building stuffs takes much much more time than in wurm. And also, flat, no terraforming. lol

Yea, around half of MR were HotS beforehand. It is interesting though thinking about it, Northern Mol-Rehan is HotS-styled towns and roads. Southern Mol-Rehan is more Jenn-Kellon styled. that is an interesting thought - i'm interested though, what you mean by hots/JK "styles" MR is an combination of JK and Hots when it was implanted, Northern part is Hots styled due Lo being there, Southern MR is Jk styled due JK towns moving over. Two principles in one kingdom. Styles as in building wise, ideals wise, town management wise, you name it.

Actualy, this does makes me wish back the older harsher death penalties. Someone with a decent brain can tell that selling affinities wasn't part of Rolf's intentions by all means.

We do have account selling and allow other trades to be made outside the involvement of Rolf's company. Forbidding this wouldn't make much sense. Other then that, I do think selling affinities is silly, but who am I to decide what is right or wrong? Let players do as they please.

You think that's intense? Try Facepunch, you soo much as say Nazi and the mods will contradict your calling them it, and ban you for it. Wurm is one of the lesser, almost more friendlier forums. Although I get my fair share of Warnings. You noob, don't tell me things I already am aware of. Same for Elias. I know exactly what I am saying.

I disagree That is exactly what the fight fix did. All armours were exactly the same. And why was that so bad? If the sore spot is about armormaking skill then it's completely irrelevant. The only thing that would happen is that the economy would shift. Just because crafters spent most of their time specializing in making armor that happens to be good at the time, it doesn't mean Rolf can't touch armor again. Armor efficiency should reflect the difficulties involved in their creation, not some pre-set opinions on how armor should work. Or Rolf could change the difficulties of making armours and still based on how armours should behave. In short, the otherway around.

Colth is a pain to make, and not useful at all compared to it's armour bro's and sisters. Next to the fact you need an arse haul of cotton to create a few sets, a noob is better of mining iron for chainset, they hardly fail and easy to make. It just doesn't make sense at all/

i was going to add them next map actually. I wasnt sure exactly when they showed up, but i know they were around when we were raiding asgard. Pretty much a few months after the wwii online camp was vanquished, they have been a punching bag since installment 2 realy. (but they never gave up though).
