  1. Very nice person to do business with, ordered a maul and some tools from the ws category on my character Gib and had a pleasant conversation to. Mailed them as soon as they were finished and everything went smoothly, would recommend.

  5. Hello there, is this an error or doesn't it work in Wurm Unlimited? On the following page: https://www.wurmpedia.com/index.php/Disease As every time i try and use it i get the message " [19:55:23] Playername has no wounds to heal." Tried casting it on both myself and other players with the same result. if there is a wound AND a disease it heals the wound but not the disease.

  8. You can not change that while in game, you have to change it while in the launcher, theres a little cogwheel under your name where it says default (unless you made a custom profile for settings )

Bdew mentioned that he could run it in modern renderer, and one or two more people also said they were running it in modern (I might have missunderstood what they meant which has happened before, if so i apologize). But most people using it seem to have to run it in Legacy, i've tried with changing some settings around in modern (like aa and some other stuff) but nothing will make it work unless i switch to Legacy.
  10. it's weird though, as before the 1.9.x it worked fine with modern, now it doesn, while other people use it in both modern and legacy without a hitch. I have changed nothing else in settings, and both java and nvidia drivers are up to date
  11. yeah it seems weird, but i cant figure it out..it's dark as heck (well exactlly like the first screenshot) no matter what i do ? gonna see if theres a difference if i change to the other renderer (as in not modern, but i used that one all the time so shouldnt do anything but hey doesnt hurt trying) *edit* Switched to legacy renderer and the mod works in that mode ? so gonna try and go back to modern again *edit 2* Switching back to modern renderer made the caves dark again :(
  12. As for what problems im having, in the original post, im still in the before picture after reinstalling cavevision. I can see no error messages, but the same one as Batta has in her post above me. what i have tried so far is, removing all mods and only run with cave vision, run with what i used before 1.9.x, run without any mods at all, changed value in the .properties to a couple of different and the inside of a mine is pitch dark in all instances :( and im at the wits end to what to do. i redownloaded it from the link in op and still the same.
  13. It wont work for me either, caves are dark no matter what i do. Reinstalling, changing the lighting value, nothing changes anything.

  15. In graphics you have the option to disable the headbobbing. As devs in their infinite wisdom made it a opt-out function..which is dumb
  16. I got 3 extra profiles not counting the default. So Character 1 is using ALPHA profile, Character 2 and 3 uses BRAVO profile, and i have 1 extra profile for my own test server lets call that one ARCH. It does not matter which profile i load though as it just seems to fill up the keybind.txt with a LOT of duplicates to the point it goes from 2.3k'ish to between 1.2-4.8Mega (Thats the largest i've seen so far and the stuttering and micro-freezing is awful). At this point i have write protected the files so it can not alter it in any way, but with the drawback of not being able to save custom keybinds (except quitting game and writing them into the file) I have also tried removing the profiles all together and recreating them from scratch, even default one, but with the same results. And thanks bigsteve for the reply, any tips you can give is appreciated :)
  17. First of all i have problems with binding keys, 1-5 works for tool belt slots but it will not let me bind 6-0 (10) due to it being bound to some much needed things instead of the tool belt. I checked the keyboard mappings in settings and removed the keys affected that i want to rebind, in this case it's the keys 6-0 and the numpad 0-9, after i removed the keys AND saved the file i went back in to the settings and tried setting number 6 to toolbelt6, and got the message that it was already bound to "special_move 1". So then i did bind it in console with Bind 6 toolbelt6 and it worked, for the session i was in, because logout and getting in later had reverted back to the special_move again. So what now, well after looking inside i decided to remove the file and let it recreate a fresh one, this did nothing as it refuses to let me rebind the keys as they are bound to some fighting skills i don't even want to have bound there. And now all of a sudden the file just start duplicating keys, like the same command over and over again. The file have gone from 2.3 KB to at this time 2.6 MB, and it just refuses to let me rebind the keys i want no matter what i do. It just keeps overwriting itself. I have made files with the keys i want to rebind and do the exec keys.txt in console, and placed it in autorun for a while, but this shouldn't be needed. In my online client i can rebind 6-0 and the numpad keys without any problems and the file stays small, this only affects WU and it makes the client really laggy, it stops at the char/server selection screen up to 2 minutes before continuing on, and it makes so the client freezes when you use a key bind you made say G for harvest or F for farm, removing the keybinds.txt and letting it make a new one makes the lag go away, until it has filled up the filed with at least 50 duplicates of keybinds. Is there any way to solve the problem with both not being able to keybinds via settings (i get the message "already bound to X" even though its unbound before trying), and stop it from growing to that huge size thus slowing down the client so bad.

  20. Since the patch on December 23 whenever i cut down a tree, no matter what tree it is, the stump is always that of a birch tree. I have cut down pine, oak and cedar since then and they all end up with a tree stump as if i had cut down a birch tree. I thought it was just my packs that might be bugged and verified them, but it's still the same. And it might just be my client so it's a fluke or something, but i thought i'd let you know in case. It's not a major issue as the stump is gone soon after being cut down anyways. But it feels weird seeing a birch stump when the tree isn't one. *edit* Well i missed the post in the graphic section about the same thing, so i guess this one can be ignored as i cant seem to delete it :) And you guys are keeping an eye on the situation.

  22. What im a bit unclear on is if the fishing stuff removes the old way of fishing. I know about 3 persons that love fishing which, due to disability, wont be possible with the new fishing system As they are not able to move the mouse around that quick AND click. And with increasing fish speeds on misses it will be even more impossible. I personally love the updated stuff, but i fear they will lose interest when stuff like this gets added, as it excludes them from one of their main parts of the game. *edit* And about the personal goals thing, are they being removed completely or replaced or what exactlly is going to happen ? As i have goals that wont be possible to finish before that time. I have 5 left to do, of which 2 is extremely time consuming.
