  1. "Looking down from on high" really is a marvel of vagueness, especially on a map 20% of it fits the bill.
  2. I'm 50/50 on this. I would like more visual indicators in the game and move away from the terrible spammy text logs we have now, but at the same time, I'm playing Wurm Online, not one of the general out of the box MMOs.
  3. My point is that it could be logically applied to other things. If you can't see why auto-pickup is bad, that's a you problem. Either way, the suggestion is unnecessary; you want to pick up arrows, just pick them up like you do anything else you want to pick up.
  4. And when we have satchels activated, coins should go into that automatically, and when we have a bucket activated, it should auto fill with water, and when we have a frying pan activated, it should auto-fill with meat, and... no, stupid idea.
  5. Lot of KY and tissues being used up in this here circle-jerk.
  6. If someone wanted to spend x many gold doing it, more power to them - though they would be blocked by any structures they came across, or other deeds, etc. And it's no different at that point from just disbanding and replanting (actually be considerably more expensive to creep a deed a few hundred tiles than to just replant). In pvp terms however, it could be exploited by moving a breached token to an still fortified section of the deed - but that could be remedied by having it that the token must not have been drained in the last week or something.
  7. Some videos for clarification. Just surprised it took so damned long to fix this one :/ First one shows just normally clipping on the tile border between two reinforced cave walls, and where it tries to bump you out but alas - reinforced floor. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLRr1qnksDM This one shows how walking into a wall where there is no reinforced floor was fine, but as soon as there was a reinforced floor brought in, you were killed. (Was also demonstrating the 'how to fly in caves' bug, hence being so far above ground) >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqg5Ao7NYqA
  8. If you walked into a reinforced cave wall the wrong way, and there was a couple of tiles of reinforced floor around it, you would be shunted out of the wall and it would count the reinforced floor as a rock tile and suffocate you as if the tile had collapsed on you. My deed on chaos has both Kingslayer and Slayer of Champion titles because of this bug :/
  9. Please hurry. I don't know how much longer I can remain [Angler].
  10. About time... Reported the reinforced floor bug when they first came out >.<
  11. It's like chickens, you can rename the eggs and it will transfer to what hatches. We managed to avoid most of the tail swipes and whelps, so no 50DKP minus for us
  12. Understandable. We were chatting about it in our mumble and it was said that you likely didn't realise how it would be viewed on Chaos. The nice thing about the other treasure hunts has been that it's contained items that you can't normally get. They have novelty value as well as some practical use. On chaos, we can get Seryll lumps from butchering Valrei mobs - the fact that it's rare means nothing as rarity doesn't really transfer on creation (unless you happen to get a regular rare roll). Something like the gold compasses, or rare/supreme tools made of unusual materials etc, would have been well received I feel. Anyway, as I said, we do appreciate the effort put in and do hope that this isn't a final thing.
  13. By glimmering do you mean Glimmersteel? o.O
  14. We had a little funses with our dragon eggs. Seems the tracking sites didn't like them though, Niarja appeared to have a seizure at first.
  15. In comparison to the other treasure hunt events, this was a bit of a let down. Had I not gotten a kill today, I would have been rather disappointed with the whole day. Going with the same format as was on other servers so that people had to go into the lands of various kingdoms etc would at least have had more chance of leading to pvp. I do appreciate the effort put in however, and hope that the decision to never do a treasure hunt on pvp servers again doesn't stick. Also, sorry Alphawolfen. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qoaT_nsxQQ
  16. I know Deathly, and personally I have no issue waiting as I usually just attend on alts so my general gameplay isn't affected by the wait. I just figured streamlining the tedious part of manually confirming between the local/twitter lists and the signups would ease the stress on the organisers as much as the attendees. Especially since having a couple of hundred people in local is a complete lag fest even with decent computers. Take it or leave it though - I'm not forcing people to use it
  17. After attending a few slayings today, one thing that stuck out that irked some people was how long it took the people running the event to sort between who signed up and who actually attended. Since everyone seems to be using Google spreadsheets to do this, I threw up a template that event arrangers can use to speed up the process, both for themselves and those attending. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HAIjFnpOTJ2KlBwXMm-jZH4ZdNooiz203_OWvOjJYgM/edit?usp=sharing Just save a copy of this to your own docs. Paste your two lists into the named colums on the 'Signups' sheet, and your final list will be displayed in the 'Final Loot Roster' sheet. Do not edit the "Loot Roll" column, that just checks if those in the local list signed up or not.
  18. [20:44:40] You spit in Jukimo's face. So chaging to this from "You spit Jukimo in the face.", IS high priority? :/
  19. Why Indy?

I've always called it Indie, ala indie games.
  20. Woops, took a wrong turn. Thought this was the Artisans Bench.
