  14. You missed Aamanus from your list. For the record, this slaying happened in local of our deed on Cele, so ofcourse we popped over for some blood. All would have been fine, with just the usual jesting/trolling that goes on between pvp enemies, but when Miniroll hopped off his horse to spar someone, and Zekezor stole the horse, and Madt tamed and took the rare horse gear set on it, that changed things. So yes I figured what the hell, these guys are going to be a bunch of dicks, why not. So I announced the slaying. Sadly, since the horse was not branded nor tamed, an oversight due to inexperience on Freedom on our part, we have been informed by the GM team that it's tough ######, and the horse gear is lost. Regardless, it's sad that it degraded into this, and that even taking a break off chaos and away from PVP, it gets dragged over and I have to deal with it.
  15. Well, hopefully that will make 4k Wurm better - however my issues is less to do with the unreadable text areas - those are much more limited use so I can just lean in and squint a bit... It is a bug however that UI elements required for functionality are hidden when text is enlarged, such as the apply button in village role settings page. It's rather frustrating to have to relog with different settings just to perform that task then relog into playable mode.

    Any plans to fix the numerous bugs that have plagued us for the last forever? To name a few: player (and more prominently) boat location desync. Cave walls eating your horses and requiring a relog to make them visible Embarking on carts/wagons/horses occasionally locking up the client "You are too busy" messages when trying to shield bash (and thus unable to shield bash until combat has been broken). Archery not letting you shoot, even in some cases when target is not only visible, but entirely unobstructed. players sometimes not showing up in local or even rendering, even if their horse is visible to you

So, I recently upgraded to a shiny new 4k monitor, and I am running Wurm in windowed mode and have increased the font size (25 for static/default, 30 for header) so that I can actually still read things (small font is like trying to read a pocket sized bible). However, not all of the UI scales properly when the font size is increased. This means some parts of the UI are just using small text, which while not ideal is still better than what happens to some others. https://www.dropbox.com/s/o4v8d49qol9kcow/Screenshot 2016-09-25 10.55.11.png?dl=0 As you can see in the screenshot, it is impossible to see which friends are online unless you can guess from the first letter and a half of their name and which server they are on. Also, in the settlement role editing window when editing or adding a role, the save button is cut off - it is impossible to change these settings with larger font sizes. Also, imping icons etc remain small - it would be nice if those scaled up to match the increased space provided by the larger font in inventory etc. Currently I have to relog with smaller text sizes in order to change certain deed settings - not exactly Ideal..

  21. I'm referring to other incidents where staff claimed inability to contact players - in my case removing my equipped weapon while I was offline so I was unarmed on a pvp server when I logged in. Yet at no point did they email me, pm me on the forums etc (which would have also alerted me via email) and are instead waiting on players to actively check in on both the game and the forums.
