  1. I actually welcome this, I get anywhere from 3 to almost 20 active villagers across the year, many of which want to have animals, now with the animal ratio limiting how many animals the deed can have, it's annoying having to keep a watchful eye on everyone's animals. It only takes 1 player to cause absolute ratio chaos. I want to promote the method 'if you can't look after it, you can't keep it' in my village, making sure that animals are looked after, fed manually and groomed on a regular basis (as any good animal breeder should automatically do) - one way is making a barn, slab the floors and if they don't feed them, watch them slowly die. This also gives another job in the village where randomly people will go out, top up the animal feed BSB with seeds and grass. It also offers a limited amount of rooms and the rules stand only 2 animals per room. No more rooms... kill the excess. I run into the situation far too often where villagers find animals, bring them back, throw them on the crops and I have to painstakingly go out, unpack the grass and re-seed the fields they eat, for animals that aren't even mine. If I chop those animals down (even with prior warnings), I'm the bad mayor and the player ceases to play or stay in the village. So to fix the issue, the barn! At the moment our barn runs with wooden walls and double doors, signposts to indicate what animal is in which room, it would be so much easier to place a gate down to view the rooms without bobbing in and out of doors. I find 2x1 outside pens lined up with pairs of animals extremely ugly... a barn however is more 'out of sight, out of mind'. Fence gate inside houses? Yes please, very much, so wow. +1 Or at least a door that can you can view through, like a stable door.
  2. Someone in our alliance reporting they got 2 on 1 character, alas, I still only have 1.
  3. 22:38 - Saturday's almost finished here.
  4. Sucking Eggs

Have you ever sucked on an egg IRL? Gwan, do it.
  5. Make it 2 hours, I'm still rallying my friends to come help test it. >: D
  6. Probably because the Wurm team are constantly tweaking, updating and adding new stuff lately.
  7. Another PVE server? What's wrong with the current ones? What's so speshal about the new one? oOooo
  8. But we has an unlimited amount of lives?
  9. "Up down girl.. living in an up down world...". Time for a coffee I guess.
  10. Screenshot of a recent Champ Spider attack at Bacon Harbour's canal. Previewed for those with slow connections: 1080p - click for larger image
  11. Need any help, Bacon Harbour (formally Cheesecake) are happy to help. We've been slowly fixing the highway from between Ice Cream Factory and Arcadia Farms (desert <> moss <> forest) - tower got a polishing too there.
  12. I have 1 main, 2 alts (priest and high end smithy), + I maintain my husbands 3 characters since he's on a gaming break at the moment - all premium.
  13. Make a Fo priest, grind it's channelling (mines currently 27) and produce nice amounts of dirt per day (casting on a large cart (7 per cast)). Throw that dirt to the wind or sell it etc. Currently my Fo priest makes up to 500 dirt a day (avg. 300) which is distributed to the wilderness/used to raise shorelines/fix those awful decayed deed slopes. She's done a large amount of terrain change in the last 2 months, from highway/slope levelling to pulling entire forests from the ocean, especially when linked with other nearby Fo priests. -1 to the idea of tree decay raising slopes. Strict conditions would be hard to control even then, raise the corner 1~2 dirts? A lot of deeds displace 'a lot' more dirt (20~280 ish) than that, it would take forever for the forest to fix it, at which point the feature becomes more of an annoyance than a solution. It would honestly be quicker just fixing it yourself. Saying that I'm OCD, walking along my completely flat deed and finding an odd corner raised up here and there over time would drive me absolutely crazy, I work with dirt enough already without having to control thousands of tiles on my deed. It's a pain in the backside but someone's got to do it and it's not like you don't get anything for clearing up, the small amounts of body stam/str here and there from bashing or the stats from catapulting/digging/flattening slopes, all adds up. Get the neighbours involved and get it done 'fast'. I recently had to catapult down the remains of a large deed with an excessive iron fence/slope obsession, now it's starting to look nice. FYI; I don't enjoy bashing/repairing other people's decaying rubbish. We have the tools to do this ourselves, just need to use them.
  14. 'detach' and it falls apart on the floor. +1
  15. I actually notice a significant difference in the amount of woad one can obtain from various tiles. I can spend 30mins on grass, get 3 pieces of woad, steppe - 10 pieces... botanizing on moss and obtain close to 30 in 30mins, if not more. Still, would be nicer to up the rate of obtaining it at higher QL's, as most often it will be 50ql or lower.
  16. Oh, I was told differently; my understanding was if the auction was 'active' within the last 5 mins the auction was extended 1 hour. Niki bid 11~12 mins according to the post stamps before the end.
  17. [00:03:53] A long pole with a string and a hook made of iron. This is a supreme example of the item, with fine details and slick design. It is made from willow. It could be improved with a log. [00:03:53] You can barely make out the signature of its maker, 'Mishia'. [00:03:53] Circle of Cunning has been cast on it, so it will increase skill gained with it when used. [83] This fine item has been used, abused, polished and re-enchanted and alas, I have decided to part with it. It has caught many blue sharks and tuna's, as well as fat catfish. Starting bid: 4s No reserve No buyout 1 hour snipe protection Minimum increments: 50c Note: Celebration server (pickup or delivery can be arranged (free)).
  18. I think guards don't attack 'god mobs', Anaconda is the mascot for one of the gods? Boar for another, Hyena, Gorilla (?). Either way, if this isn't a bug, apologies for the report/feel free to close. I must have just been extremely lucky to never have any normal/god mobs spawn on deed.
  19. Because I've been playing 5 years (ish) and only ever seen the epic mobs when they were in early implementation spawn on deed which was fixed.
  20. So, I just woke up today, logged in, jumped into my garden, started farming, *bam* snake (mature male anaconda), freaked out, tried to set my garden a-light. Luckily it was not able to get to the tamed animals pens at the back of my yard where several young horses are chilling out. The on-deed guards (set to aggressive) did not attack it. The snake was in a completely enclosed pen (completely on deed) behind a locked house. It effected the deeds animal ratio. I thought mobs were not suppose to spawn on deed - bug?
  21. Sent you a message - On topic I would -1 unfortunately. "Where there is a will, there is a way".
