Was playing fine this morning. This afternoon when I try to log in It crashes with a red window with the following:

Congrats, you have proven my point. Nowhere in all those patch notes was the Xanadu creature spawn bug even mentioned. Were you even reading what I wrote at all? Awe, do you have a problem with my opinion? Well I am sorry to hear that. I could care less what defines the decision making process when I, a paying customer, am left with the end of the stick. I was not trying to add anything to the OP, but to resurect an issue that many of you light blinded fools have all but accepted as perfectly okay. I should just accept the fact that the server I spent time and money to settle on is bugged and not speak up when devs fail to even mention anything about it since 2014. While you might be okay with laying down and accepting whatever the devs do, I for one like to make my opinions known.

I will be poised and waiting to give Wurm Unlimited a negative review as soon as it releases. My main points will be: 1. Developers and development is lazy and fragmented. (New features are often half baked and many are left uncompleted for years, or simply not completed at all.) 2. Game breaking bugs are left untreated even if said bugs drive paying players from their game. 3. Game is the epitome of grinding.

I doubt players will move from playing SP to playing MP, not many atleast. When someone finds "wurm's" on steam (WU and WO) they will consider what they want from the game, the pro's and cons of each option (SP or MP) and then they will choose. If they then like the game enough to actually invest the time and energy to learn the game, I doubt they will want to restart from scratch after that. Persoanally it feels to me like rolf is still dreaming after notch... Lol, "Lets throw in adventure mode!...minecraft has it right?" >_<

I suspect all WU will do is earn wurm a negative review rating on steam. Maybe a few new subs and thats about it. I highly doubt the steam community will be very receptive to such a slow paced and buggy game.

*sigh* I was thinking about coming back but it seems devs dont give a crap about this...kinda feels like a slap in the face. I spend my time and money on building a nice deed on this "great new server!" only to soon realise that I settled on the bugged side of the server that the devs had no intention of fixing! Yay! Good luck with your "WU" steam release, I dont know how well it will do though when all the negative reviews come pouring in from people like me who you have disapointed and pushed away over the years. You mistake my intentions Alyeska, I had no intention of attending any of these slayings regardless of loot distribution, I'm too busy in RL to even tend my farms let alone sail for hours. Unlike so many who defend the current system, My motivation is not the loot and my personal wealth, but is and has always been actual fairness. The fact that you assume my motivation is greed further compounds my long standing belief that greed is a problem in wurm. I have never sold anything in wurm for euro's and I don't intend to, because I feel that is what takes away most from the fun of wurm. The greed that is intrinsic with this type of system is what turned runescape from a fun game full of possibility into a whirlwind of greedy kids fighting over party hats. Go ahead and ban me from your hunts though for having an opinion and wanting things to be more fair. Not like ill be around anyways.

Uhm... what? Snarky? I suspect you think I was being sarcastic when I was not. You do realize I was saying the same thing you are. Wurm is Rolfs baby, his lifes work. HIS WORLD. He will do with it what he wants. Just as anyone else would with their own life work. We are like peasants who have been graciously invited to live in a kings castle, and upon arriving all we do is tell him how much better it could be. We should count ourselves lucky the king still lets people in for feasts and even listens to what we have to say! All In all I am very appreciative of what rolf and team have created for us and that they have interest in listning to what we have to say. And I think most people feel that way. I stand by my original point aswell, Pvp will always be around in some form on freedom, because that's what Rolf wanted from the beginning. Personally I think freedom would be pretty boring if there was no theft/chaos/dueling/KoSing.

If I were to find a unique, I would make it public. For sure. Personally, I treat others how I want to be treated. Just because you and the people you know are on some sort of greed based arms race doesn't mean everyone is. Although I wouldn't even bother spending my time trying to find a unique because there are groups like yours out there. Groups who have gotten so good at finding and penning them that they can line three of them up to be killed in a row. Anywhoo, Enjoy adding to your already massive piles of treasure guys!

After posting this in a separate thread I figured I would post it here aswell: I will be taking a break pretty soon for these reasons: 1. Summer. Its busy time of year and hot as hell, much harder to find the time and energy to play a video game for hours. 2. Developers. Wont be much development for the next few months, after the devs get back from their giant month long swedish holiday, They then have to figure out what the heck they are going to do next aswell as make good on the bug fixing promises. I suspect much chaos. 3. Players. Probably due to the heat but I find myself being more frustrated and angry with people when normally I wouldn't be. Rather than allow my bad mood to burn bridges and make people dislike me, Ill just take a break. So on that note, Good luck to you all and I will see you this winter

So your saying because you have done good deeds in the past you are allowed to be as greedy as you want in the future? I gave away horses and enchanted tools last week, what does that entitle me to? lol I wonder, mr whykillme, if we were to go back and look at all the large transactions you have been part of, how many thousands of euro's have you delt with in this video game. I'm sure giving away that armor hardly put a dent in your pool of accumulated wealth. Anyways, It is clear what drives you and many others in this world. Your kind of stating the obvious there. I will not be attending no, I have no desire to contribute to the success of greedy groups such as the one that is hosting. Its all about the Euro's

Never going to happen because Rolf wants wurm to have pvp, he always has. That is why the game has been developed to allow for theft on the pve servers Its not about what we want, its about what Rolf wants. What we want is a just a side note.
