  2. Sure, I understand that Wurm isn't your typical MMORPG... But a lot of this could be solved by LOD. The models in the pics at the beginning of the thread would be great as semi-close to far distance, but when you're right up next to the model, one might as well go all-out. JMO.
  3. Congrats to the Wurm team for the upgrade. 0 lag at all in Ontario, Canada.
  4. Best of luck to the Wurm crew on the upgrade! Next time maybe do things one at a time: don't upgrade the firewall AND the servers at the same time. Seems like this is what happened this round.
  5. The new UI looks wicked. Can't wait for that. The objects / actors need a lot more polys though. Any chance you guys could up the poly count on those models?
  6. LoL I just started playing Wurm Online only a few hours ago and was surprised to see that the servers went down. Now I'm glad to find out that it's for an upgrade. Yay!
