  1. As silakka said, putting them south of Cele is already an insanely long trip for the oldest islands. And as Protunia said, the Chaos buffer is DOA - if you are met in those waters the likely hood is high that you will lose your boat and have no way off the server (can't remember who noted this earlier). And as Kegan noted, it's entirely unnecessary to force that if the servers are connected due to mail service. Ah well, looks like Wurm is back. Whatever happens I'm happy =) Look forward to seeing you P/R guys in the future ... or not! edit - clarity

  3. Same =) When the lag got bad I was hunting with my favorite horse and hid in a friend's house. I can't move ... but she is still there, fat and venerable! edit - oooh and this time while I was typing this I got my inventory back and can move!

  8. Welcome to the forums! Also Wurm =) The idea of more islands makes me kinda glum. The player base is already spread so thin. Has there been official word on this? I might have ignored it if there was due to said glumness.

  10. When people say that, they are saying that to you personally, and the other people with an exaggerated expectation of the coming change. You guys will stay put, and your community will still be intact, and if you can stick out the shatter changes your priests will still be useful. Things will change a lot for the guy who has a deed up the road from you, or me, and wants a change of scenery, and now has the freedom to go ANYWHERE =) By the way, I would miss that guy. He's very nice and not a zombie troll bent on destruction. But I wouldn't begrudge him the move. In any case, as others have said. +1 to closing the thread. Not much more to be said here.

  14. I have one ... when they opened up the new servers the population of Celebration, a likely contender for connection, crashed hard. I considered moving a few times over the past year, but never seriously.since I love the community that make up our awesome little server. Plus I hoped eventually the new servers would be connected to Celebration, as it was my understanding that they would at some point after the uniques were sorted. That's what we were told. Maybe it will even out the population and the economy, maybe not, but I have been waiting a long time for this. If you guys do connect the servers, please connect to Celebration. We were hard hit when you opened them up As far as P/R players, I don't want to move to your server, pen your animals, brag at you, or destroy anything. This us vs them thing is silly when it isn't hysterical. And I like what Aplite just said above me here ... we are all a part of the same community. There is a lot of good that can come from this. edit - a word
