It did still have some coc water in it. It didn't start doing it till i filled it from a barrel. After that is when it wouldn't fill from the fountain.

I get the message "That would destroy the liquid." When I try to fill a barrel from a fountain. This is the 2nd time it did it to me. The barrel was working fine then I filled it from a 2nd barrel. After that I can not fill it from the fountains. I can still fill it from the other barrel
