I could be wrong but I don’t think we can sell to traders in yrs the whole milking them thing we did left I though before northern freedom opened. And merchants I believe. Only sell items I wish we could set buy orders on them . again I could be wrong. I have both on my deed but very rarely use them. the sell junk to token though is a great quick way even sell a corpse if I recall.

Free neckless is not free. well it is. but you need at least 1 iron coin in bank if you have money you'll get it if you don't you need to pray or forage until you have a coin to put in the bank at your token to get the free mapleleaf neckless or COD something to an alt that has coin .

i can agree that would help some. i prepay the year for my 5 characters. but would love to pay 2s for a long weekend for some older alts to help sermons. or maybe not pay all 5 . just 2 and pay that 2s when i need the other alts i prepay the year and only put in 3-5 months playing. love the black friday event. makes it worth it

I'm good with wurm images being changed a bit with AI. it's at least close to what's in the game, just doctered up a bit. but ya still the Logo. way to close to WoW for me. maybe try taking the old logo and use AI on it. everything else i'm glad to hear. wurmnode is my fav tool . I use it to watch the player count. and see how even NFI and SFI is. and still hoping for merger next year. hopefully the team continues to grow.

you are wrong./ a dev already told us the timer was the old system and not ment to be that long.

i think it could have been made easier. place 2-40 arrows in a quiver. then activate wire to the quiver. and make the bundle based on the amount of arrows in the quiver. that would save us 11.5 minutes of wasting time

I tried myself. timer is to long to make i'm ok with that. but to add each arrow after taking that long is not right. that needs to change to be worth using our time doing 12 min for 40 arrows. lol

wow i just tried it. ya making and adding to the bundle makes it pretty useless to me. it needs to be made way faster.

I agree The skills are so close now. thats not an issue. the rich in NFI just want to stay rich 4s per 1k mortar . vs SFI 2s per k and free crates. wouldn't really hurt for NFI to drop prices a bit. past 7 months. I bulk buy 3-5k at a time at 3.5s per k. 4 times. plus normal bricks and dirt 1s per k buying 5-10k. so players will sell near or at SFI prices sometimes. just have to send crates back. which I think is good deal and fair. I buy 3-5gold coins a year. so i don't mind the prices and can always put on the priest army and make it myself. but I'm thinking of the newer players, low skills and low income. they may only have in game money sure, they can make it faster at NFI rates. but if they want to buy, things are expensive . SFI they often give free tools and casts 50-70 range. I see a few good NFI players give out free tools. and cheap casts but not many. Still the economy is not to far off. it's just some trying to keep the prices high. but when a bulk buyer asks for more at a discount they often help out. so it's not that far off to prevent the merge They should come out and announce it now for next summer. to give everyone plenty of time to get ready for the adjust . this isn't about keeping the economies apart. it's about getting the player base together. more events. new deeds. way more to explore. so many new players on NFI never seen the SFI servers and what they have to offer. I miss indi , deli, cad, and I still have my old main on xanadu . who played 10 yrs. and now my main on NFI has passed some of the skills there and are very near the rest of them. and personally. I truly miss my banners. flags and wagons. from the pvp kingdoms I bought., i'd love to place them on my NFI deed. and for toxic. who the heck is saying that. 13 yrs playing , only once on deli have i ever seen a toxic player. and the GM's delt with him within 2 hours, the griefing was done. I have not seen or read anything in freedom chat at least about a bad player on NFI Code issue easy. since portals from epic to SFI can take our characters into a different code. it's the same thing NFI server cross to SFI .can have a code change the same why as us jumping to epic or pvp server. just this crossing keeps our skills and items, really not that hard to do, if they hire a coder and the best one did not quit..... excuses are done now. 3 yrs of folks asking. NO! they stated that the NFI would join the SFI in time. that still needs to happen, many of us SFI players joined NFI for the fresh experience with the knowledge of one day being able to join other characters to it in time like pristine and release servers did. what they could do is make one new server. that states it will never ever join the rest. so those all opposed to the merger can go play there and be hermits lol . and never have to deal with the rest of the wurm players, who rather a social game with everyone vs still forced apart. maybe even allow character transfers to that new server permanently. But every time we get a new server the population spreads out. it's best to never make a new server, and just join what we have. the pvp maps, the epic to the NFI, and the NFI to SFI this would give everyone the chance to play together as the game has always been ment to be played. for all those who complain there is no coastal room ect. would then find a ton of space through out the servers. wurm node sunday 1pm my time. player count on both NFI and SFI is almost the same, it's been this way for 2 years now. why is it such a good idea to keep us apart. sure the SFI based price is 1s per 1000 actions vs 2s per 1000 actions on NFI but after 3 yrs now is that really a fair price for new players to be paying? open the clusters may bring down NFI to 1.5s per 1k. and the SFI up to 1.5s per 1K . more even and so much room to explore and join in events. many NFI are new to wurm and never met the coolest folks in the SFI. like 90% of the sellers give the large crates for free or free tools or casts. I miss it. but love my home on NFI and love the folks there too, Give us the merger and see ... if it all goes to poop. then open a new one that again states it will never join.

for the longest time , I almost always either have 2-5 alts on and alt tab loading up actions to grind things. if i'm not landscaping. or i main a task and alt tab my alts for slow skill gain and gain mats. But often i feel kinda burned out. and prefer to just have 1 maybe 2 alts on and both set up to grind skill/ mats. while i watch tv. or play other games. So for the past few years. I have played factorio , satisfactory, as they are safe to walk away from alt tabbing as they gather resources i can queue up actions in wurm. I've tried everquest 1/2 but thats not really safe unless city crafting. black desert. was kinda fun life-skilling under level 50. no risk pvp. but my PC did not like that much cpu used with wurm on too. eve online ok for station work. but never afk travel or mine. I tried path of exiles , grinding an area and then while in the hub alt tab. but i found i was waiting to long to alt tab. due to the area i was killing in. for 3 months i have been enjoying incremental epic heroes 2. an in depth idle game. can leave it online in the background for days lol i've tried a few other idle games to while playing wurm. I was wondering what games have other wurm players been playing at the same time as alt tabbing to wurm? My main interests is city building resource gathering crafting type of games. but if there are other ones one does not have to be 100% focused on, i'd love to hear about it. these are some of the games i have on my steam account i was thinking of trying to double game , the last 2 i've done so many times kind of need a break from them. I pee'd myself a little . so excited. the forging node thing i thought about long ago. and the snow for elevation. i'd love to see the nodes be seasonal based. give us reasons to want to forge certain times in the year. I'd love to see season change to farming too. not to take away what we have now. but just to add bonuses to planting and harvesting seasonal. same thing with forging . maybe keep the system the same for normal forging. but add these nodes as a benefit. gives us more resources and better ql from a node vs just a random tile. . Also love the nodes per type of tile. I hope it's not to fixed locations. as many like to change the forest to desert or desert to forest. or grass land ect. the nodes will need to just pop on those type of tiles where ever they are. on and off deed maybe too. not sure on the on deed though might be cool. I hope with this more items will come. love to see palm and banana trees come out. even willows should grow faster near marsh tiles. aloe, a new healing item..... lamps on the walls been waiting for that many years . hoping more to come on wall hooks later on. lighting changes makes the game look cool but for the love of the gods. make it an option we can turn off. i can see the FSP drop for those of us who play multiple characters at the same time. I also hope all updates will go to test first. let the kinks get worked out first. arrow bundles. lol I just made my own asherons call server to play on as i miss playing bow/x-bow . AC lets us make bundle of arrows too. and we also use alchemy to add fire dmg. acid , cold ect... would be supper cool if wurm could either add spells. although i think alchemy would give as more alchemy use to make potions to add to a bundle of arrows and gain extra types of dmg . do we have x-bows in wurm? if not we should.... i never done a rift so don't care myself but balancing is always great for the ones who do. action changes. that odd window with the queue i hope is a toggle we can turn off. I do like the belt added to the other UI, may help less clutter. and if the belt allows the tools to auto switch imping or simply click on tree and chop then click on logs and choose saw, axe or carve would be great. the imping thing auto switching would make me imp more often. as i hate playing that mini game this post is the way we should receive news. even if it is a year off. it's nice to get, gives us hope. oh and goblin camps. love the idea. but i think after rifts taking year to get right and the holy sites i hear were not good. maybe hold off, get those fixed and balanced first before adding another battle thing. and for sure 3-6 months on test server at least. everquest 3 yes 3. had similar plan to have the wild be alive. if it was not attacked often enough it grew larger. and once to a point. it would then invade other area's around. and the players would have to battle it all back and keep scouts type of thing going on to prevent the growth. very cool idea . so many of wanted to see that. but EQ3 died. All fixed now. 1 wagon container off deed, but they decay over time. 2 others are on deed with perms for all to use. and a waystone now off deed shore line for easy accepting and sending orders

i see what happened. i have waystone at edge of deed. i'll fill in the water 1 more tile and move it then it should work. thanks for letting me know

I have an Alienware from dell. and so does my son. I read up on them and noticed the heat is an issue. main reason is the fans don't turn on higher until it's really hot. so as soon as i set them up i downloaded the software where i can manually control the fan speeds. when i'm just watching a videos. i leave the auto fan setting. but when I put on 3-5 wurm clients on and have my incremental epic heroes 2 game running in the back ground and then add video from pc to TV. I set the fans up to 40% But turn on Baldur's gate 3, or other intense graphic games . i set to 60%. and ware headphones so the noise doesn't bug me. I rarely crash since then. i think other computers speedfan is software you can get free and use the same way. not advertising for amazon, but here, 2tb drive ,heatsink external drive ssd cards good for backups also if your handy. changing out the default fans for quality ones would be good. and not expensive at all. I also have a house fan near my pc to help pull the hotter air away from it. never have a fan blow to the pc. that adds to much dust. and that reminds me buying can air. or better a handheld rechargeable air blower / vacuum and using it every 2-3 months helps too. I gamed for 14 hrs, running my own sermons lol yesterday i spent 45 min install a new 2tb SSD card for a fresh windows install. and only 10 min to install windows . never been that fast before. but wow. huge difference. C:/ drive tend to get full and cluttered. I set doc folder and download folder to my 8 GB drive along with program folder to install almost everything on. I also set steam and it's games there too . try to keep c drive as empty as one can. the darn AppData folder can't be moved with out magic and if done wrong . reinstalling windows all over. so that has to stay and gets filled up by all the games custom data and mods, ect. it gets big if you have a ton of games installed, it's annoying and I wish we could custom set that folder elsewhere. but since doing those things and trying to make sure everything i install is not on c drive, except main programs that are best on the same drive a windows i find AVG programs and tune up stuff. seems to help a ton at keeping the pc fast. one more note. and video recording software set that to another drive to. so the temp files even don't go to C drive, as they don't always delete and get huge. my old c drive was a whole 256GB., i bought an external reader for the old ssd card. 256gb was great to backup my cloud to , just for that extra protection. lol i found all my old drives and bought a reader for out of pc . my first harddrive was a whole 420mb, then 3gb. then the rest 120-300gbs. 2 drives did not work the others i was able to find a ton of cool stuff on i forgot about.. I wish my son still lived at home. would be fun to show him how to build a pc, and put these drives to use. Also have 2 of these on my xbox and 2 above my PC to push the hot air away. with thermal stats so only run when needed and very quite. not cheap. but good if pc in a cabinet. i prefer on a desk. the more air flow the better. cabinet fans great and quiet for above or beside. and even xbox on top

i just bought 2 gold yesterday. my 2 deeds have over 380 days upkeep. and 5 characters have 6 months of prem time still paid for. i'm not happy with everything. but at the same time. not panicking over everything. I've worked for companies who have gone through bad changes due to management . they take time to get sorted out. and worth thing that can happen so having so many fanning the flames. just stop. get out of the forums for a month or two. take a break from the game. relax . I was on a break before all this stuff happened. Now i'm playing 8-12 hrs a day again. It motivated me to play more oddly. one thing long a go. I was in love with Asheron's call . played 1000's of hours. many alt accounts too. then i left for everquest. and returned from time to time to asheron's call. but then left as i didn't see updates coming in fast enough felt like it was underpopulated, so I left. then one day I read up on it. and see they have 2 months left until final shutdown of the game for good. I got back in and played hard. saw tons of old friends come back and played again too. we all felt hurt that our game was dyeing and could do nothing about it. but the lost of income over the past 3-5 yrs of that game. helped killed it . and to this day so many years later. i keep looking back wishing I kept playing and didn't care so much about the lack of content. sure emulators are out there but not the same. I play everquest off and on for years since then. even prepaid this year, as i simply want to support it. they keep coming out with content and mostly just a yearly expansion. as the updates are very small. but still I keep paying and playing for the love of the game. Wurm online is the same thing. I will keep paying and playing often. and as i would love to just stay out of the forums and enjoy the time i get to play. it's hard as i love the community. but my god the community (sure wurm CEO may be the reason) is turning toxic. why are you letting the mistakes he is making ruin your fun playing the game. he is new to wurm and will either take time to learn and hopefully fix things. or he will be replaced. but if everyone keeps putting him down. he could turn on us. and really work on killing this game with the company owners. I agree with most of the issues and possible solutions folks have come up with. it's just the straight out negative put downs, and the game is going to hell talk, that needs to stop. wurm is not that kind of community. keep things constructive . before our game is truly gone. like my beloved Asheron's call. take a BLOODY BREAK if needed. how many more posts are we going to have complaining ? My best friend's wife once told him. if he kept accusing her of cheating. that she was just going to find someone and do it. Stop stressing and enjoy the game and the community.

i think the 3 servers are good for NFI. as melody has a high elevation and is better suited for experienced players as new players don't yet know how to terraform such steep areas. and i hear most coastal spots are taken up. cadance is mostly flat. great for new players lots of coastal land. and as in the Goldie locks Harmony is just right. heights and coastal area. flat area. I left harmony early this year . for bigger land. tall and flatness areas lol. and mainly because of the larger amount of players. Wagoneer bulk is easy and daily. vs the past yr on harmony I had to wait days to find a seller. or buy across server. That darn thing telling new players to go to Cadence after the tutorial and the portal in the harmony starter deeds still there to this day, keeps pushing most the players to cadance, and NFI . it really should have been removed 2.5 years ago.

I agree and shocked it's still there. and I bet the log in server still have Candance listed as the newest server, encouraging all the new players to go to.

I moved to Cadence last winter as i wanted a large unique deed. one of my alliance members was selling a landscaped area with a Canal started , I looked around and saw a huge Plateau up top of that area and did the math. and was sold. I deeded the top and bought the bottom. making a huge deed with a ton of thoughts. I then found a giant deep deep cave under the plateau, and thought wow this would make a huge under ground city and canal one day. and can connect to the one my ally dug down. then during my 30 trip move from harmony. I started with the idea of a workshop. that crosses the dug out canal. building 2 buildings connected by bridges and stair cases. gives me all the space i need for each work area to not be to crowded. and I love farming and ranching. with the 1000's of stone shards I found in bsbs in the huge mine, i started making pens. and I have so much space . I am happy to make space for my ally to use too for his animals. I take month to 6 month breaks from the game was back from 3 months off. and started landscaping the steep hills . I have 1/3 rd done now. giving extra pen space, i use to put the worse pets for leather and meat. but one day maybe bears and other mobs. and then made a tier system for tree bush farm. I plan to tier the rest of the sides and continue the tree bush farm area. the top of the plateau is a huge area to farm . and nice entrance to the cave up there. I spent the past 4 days organizing the workshop as i finished the bridges, still more decorating to do. I also brought 200 lamps and bought 300 more when i moved . i like a lite up deep. I have 2 wagoneers. cus i had one per server but when i moved i ended up with two so I made a shipping receiving building with one wagoneer. and put the other one down by the water, making a ship drop off spot for any player to use that wagoneer to ship on Cadance. Someday after the other sides are tiered. I plan to finish the cave system. connect the canal , and make an unground city. this deed is 91 x 116 and would cost almost 2.5 gold a year., but the trader reduces that to just over 2g a year.

i like the idea. i once put in a felled tree log wagon. where we can only put in trees and logs and 100 of them. gives us the logging camp feel

i forgot my summer bacon. get corn on the cob. in the husk. open the husk and wrap bacon around the corn and close the husk over it. tinfoil it. BBQ, bacon grease = pre buttered for you. after i think 20 min take off husk to crisp up the bacon. very well flavored . I also love to add 2-3 packs of bacon . crispy to my chili and for a great dip. 3-4 bars of cream cheese. 1 pack crispy bacon. and a medium jar of salsa. all of that in a blender. makes a huge bowl of dip. bacon here in Canada has doubled in price in the past 2 years. 8-9$ a pack cnd i think thats about 6-7 $usd. so we don't buy often now. i miss it. currently getting my bacon fix through mc donalds. chicken mc muffin add bacon. i get two for 9$ lol.
