  1. EDIT: Already got what I needed, thanks everyone! Hello everyone, started playing again after 7 years with no stuff left on logon, so looking to buy some animals. I'm playing on Independence, right now in the Howl area. No easy way to transport animals, so I'd like to buy them including the delivery. Two horses (no need to be 5-star, just want to start breeding them) Brown bear (preferable with conditions like Champion, Fierce, Raging, Greenish,.. something to fight with) A dog friend (Some cows, pigs, sheep) Also looking to buy some backpacks (like 5-10) and toolbelt with 5+ slots.   3. Hello Mr. B, Im encountering some of he Known issues, but I guess that expected. Also I think the new light effects are way to strong, my neighboorhood looks like circus now. Why Im writing is, that I have white lamp (197), that is for some reason lighting up the surroundings in blue.   4. Same for me, about 15-20 FPS drop when I open inventory and skills window. Also, once I dropped pile of wemp plants on the ground by accident, and my FPS went to less than 1, as long as I was looking on it o.O
  5. Glad to hear its running, mind giving us info which version of Catalyst you tried that is working with your ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 in Unstable? For future reference I can add that for me with archaic x1650 Pro AGP latest Omega drivers and 8.6 Catalysts are giving me optimal performance / no issues.

  8. I noticed there are several of these messages trough the forum, all from users with ATI cards like you and me. Since I have unstable running on my ATI card let me add few things that I do pretty often and than could have potentially resolved my issue too. 1. I often use CCleaner (which is free disk and registry cleaner) which among other things deletes Java cache and forces Wurm to re-dowload some data. I can imagine that having old cache and mixing stable and unstable could potentially cause some troubles. 2. Im experimenting with lots of different Catalyst drivers, and Wurm especially is giving me headage. Some drivers wont start Wurm at all, some causes me BSODs, some are giving me 20 FPS drops or major loading lags when running trough world. Only few versions from about 8-10 different ones I tried were running great, and it was either older Catalyst drivers or Omega (unofficial) drivers. I dont have same graphic card as you, but I can imagine that certain driver + card combinations could have problems with it, especially when Unstable uses different renderer. This is from wiki: - Make sure you are using Catalyst 9.12 or newer. - If your card is too old, use Catalyst 9.3 or older. - Catalyst 9.4 through 9.11 have OpenGL memory leaks. - Disable Catalyst AI - Set antialiasing (AA) and anisotropic filtering (AF) to game-controlled. This is from your log: Adapter info: atidxx32 (8.15.10.183) If this is your Catalyst version (?), try newer ones, seeing as you have Radeon HD card.
  9. Hello there, I remember I was having exactly same crash message first time I tried changing from stable to unstable. Havent managed to solve what was causing this, but I deleted my configs (move the X:/WurmOnline/configs to some other place to back them up) and then when I ran Unstable client again, it re-created new default config which then started completely fine without a crash. No idea if its same case as yours, but may be worth trying.
  10. Is anybody able to run the unstable client on a ATI X1650? If so, which diver version and operating system are you using? I don't have that card but I'm pretty sure I saw that error with my 3400 after updating to the October 10.10 ATI driver, I reverted to the September 10.9 and the problem went away. I know it was a create context error. I thought I'd posted about it but apparently didn't. I haven't had the heart to try the 10.11 or 10.12 released a week or so ago. Thanks for being interested in my problem, if this unstable goes live I can't play Wurm at all. Ive tried 7 different drivers, beginning with 6.11 and ending with 9.3, which is latest that supports my graphic cart, according to ATI documentation. While playing stable, I use JWJGL rendered, currently using 9.3, which seemed to give me better perfomance. No matter what driver I try, I still get this error mentoined few pages ago. I use latest Java, and that's about it. No idea what info to give you next, but Ill be happy to help if anyone is willing to help me. Thank you.

Hello, being ATI user myself, reading how I should use this renderer you are planning to transfer to, and after having to try 7 different graphic drivers to make Wurm playable, I decided to test this test client to see if there were any improvements which would help me run Wurm better. Anyway, stable client works good (I dont want to say great, but it is playable). So...
