I've noticed since a few patches my once soothing boat sounds are now horrible quantum fast walking on land footsteps...

With the recent news of a new land being discovered south of Freedom many are taking leave of their old homes and plots leaving the isle of Freedom a mess of abandoned homes, discarded dreams and unsightly graveyards that were once active towns. Why allow them to stand as monuments of failure? why not give these places new life and new purpose! just as we are able to Salvage boats we should be able to salvage abandoned homes and houses. Discover a building or buildings that appear broken down, post it on the forums and stay local for a time to see if the owner comes around. After about a month or so the person could then pay a transfer fee like they do with boats to purchase those buildings and all content within. This would allow us a streamlined way to make use of these many forgotten buildings so that the land would no longer be riddled with these empty shells and give players a chance to gain property in a timely manner rather than having to wait anywhere from a month to a year for these empty places to fall down. Any thoughts on how to improve or make this better would be very welcome. I just dislike these left over buildings that no one ever uses and the great land they take up that could be deeded.
