  1. Computer issues

    Well computer went kaput a while back. Which is why I vanished and have been away forever. Just been too busy working to have the time to send it out for repairs a second time. Been busy planning a long trip and building the savings to enjoy it. Will start with a hike on The King's Trail in Sweden. 415 kilometers. Always did enjoy hiking and the outdoors. From there perhaps Germany, France and England. Keeping a loose itinerary to just enjoy Europe without being rushed. Would be nice to meet some friends from Wurm along the way, perhaps some suggestions of must see and experience places. Cheaper car rentals or hostels perhaps. Currently thinking May as when I will start my trip.

    Cabins? People use those instead of just using the tent? perhaps using the emergency cabins for extreme weather. The boats on the other hand, yea need to be sure that I am there in an open season. So many lakes. I'm going to go insane waiting. Can barely stand being stationary this long. Winter sucks.

    Will be landing in Stockholm then heading to the Kungsleden after that. Weather wise looks like May is a good start. Not too hot for the hike.

    If there is enough people interested in 90-95ql plate sets I will return to provide those services once again in my free time between classes and work. 10s for 90ql, 15s for 95ql. I will have less free time so might not get them out as quick as I once did when I could dedicate my day to orders.

  6. I made sure to delete java 32 bit, and manually updated java 64. My client still constantly freezes up. This is what I get when I try to close it out.     Join the in game economy. There is your free premium. I've not paid anything out of pocket for years now. So for many the game is free to play and many sell coins to make money from playing. While it helps to be highly skilled, even new players can easily make enough silver from bricks, dirt, ect to pay premium at token per month. Making the 10 silver is very easy. Making gold coins to pay rent though....... don't expect it, but if skilled enough you can possibly pull it off. Start small and build your reputation. There are too many other things wrong with Wurm to keep people from joining in mass or stay than the premium costs.

    Run. Run away as fast as you can... Erm, I mean welcome to Wurk Online. Easily catch the veteran players, more so if you focus on a few skills at a time. However the market is heavily saturated with every type of item due to the games age, very few players. The market depends mostly on reputation as much if not more than the quality of your goods or even prices. Make sure to deliver them in a timely manner and improve them slightly over customer order normally works to keep them happy and returning. Trust is everything here.

    Something along the lines of Rolf actually making a short and long term plan and goals for Wurm instead of just..... not sure what to call this cluster .... ? Either way I'd like to know what Rolf has as a vision for Wurm if he still has one. Rolf let us know what you intend for the direction of Wurm please. If you don't know how to set up a good business model, use the income from WU and hire someone with good business sense and direction to help you pull your game out of the decline before as Propheteer said, 12 months and 500 premiums. I enjoy the game, but I don't see it recovering from the WU release and loss of players without some serious planning and execution. I'd go as far as getting rid of the tutorial system, make a capital city there instead, take volunteers from the Community Assistants group to be in charge of helping any new players who join providing them direct support and answers while they all live there, then once they gain the knowledge have them choose what server to live on after a few weeks.

  22. Well I've dropped out of the business a while back. So it is all yours sir. I had closed my merchant ad several months back and when asked if I will imp anything still tell people no I am not, at best I'm selling what items I currently have in stock. Once those are gone, will not be mass making more. I'd like to attempt to play wurm for fun once more instead of using it as income. If that is possible, will find out. But personally I did find my stocks were always sufficient.
