  1. Lockpicking

[23:30:35] Faith decreased by 0.250 to 42.232 (still broken) Bump, not ok.
  2. It's really no different than the protection from demise spells Tosiek gets. It's not like BLer's have much use for Vyn's hand or mag shield. It's definitely nothing that needs changed. This is just something you have to deal with as all the spells were random from all faiths. At least they made sure to give us the staples like bless, dispel, locate, and nolo
  3. I'm a tosiek priest on Affliction. I just had the same issue [2015-05-05] [19:17:22] You cast 'Rotting Gut' on Jair. [2015-05-05] [19:17:22] Faith decreased by 5.00 to 33.837 So obviously this is just a bug, and not related to being cast on freedom
  4. Lockpicking

So, I'm a Tosiek Priest on Affliction. I was out looting ruins, and decided to pick into a building. Did not click "faithful" button to go unfaithful as I did not want to do anything to lose faith. A few picks later I noticed I was losing faith even though I never went Unfaithful. [2015-05-04] [11:17:34] You start to pick the lock of the roundpole fence gate. [2015-05-04] [11:18:13] Tosiek has noticed you and is upset at your thieving behaviour! [2015-05-04] [11:18:13] You fail to pick the lock of the roundpole fence gate. [2015-05-04] [11:18:13] Faith decreased by 0.250 to 37.954 How is this classified as a bug yet?
  5. Is it our home, no Do we spend time there, Yes (BL seems to be the only ones using the hota mainland..... See current hota wins.... BL 4, WL 0) Does it provide benifit to us, slightly, only very slightly The biggest thing is we all use the mainland, BL spreading a little myc is really not as huge of a deal as WL seems to be trying to make it. Nobody is saying to add 5 hours of SB to RoD.... Nobody is saying "make WL altars to remove the myc" We simply stated that comparing RoS to RoD is comparing apples to oranges.... they don't function the same, so why ask them to do so with the added benifit of giving WL's SB. I also stated that not all priests are equal, and not intended to function in the same way. But this seems to be what WL is asking for. Apparently having a variety of spell lists at your disposal isn't enough. It just sounds like you are wanting to "compete with the Jones's" And finally, is it really that hard to use a shovel? last I checked it's just a right click... sure, takes time... but so does making altars, planting them, imping them, ect... Honestly I think the easiest fix to this whole problem is to allow any kingdom to choose any faith without it having to be an "alt". All kingdoms having access to all spells would add more balance to pvp than ANY nerf/buff rolf has done to priests in the past
  6. So, you want all priests to be exactly the same, except for BL. You get to choose between 4 faiths, we get two (increased numbers due to Tosiek ascending). Honestly, if the dev's were to give you a spell that does the same thing only with grass, we should get 3 more faiths to choose from and a spell that gives us 5 hours of sleep bonus. And I assure you, it wouldn't take BL's 288+ days to recast that The fact of the matter is, not all priests are the same. We get the same core spells, bless, nolo, locate, ect. But each priest has a niche. Complaining about BL spells (especially ones that just spread fungus.... entirely too laughable) without considering the tools WLers have at thier disposal with Vyn, Fo, AND mag priests is honestly.... funny
  7. From my understanding it was two casts, first cast failed. So you saying saccables are irrelevant is purely speculation without any knowledge of what transpired. Second, It wasn't just the building of the altars that took that long, it was carting them out and placing them. Imping them, ect on a slow cart. Third, if you had 8 people (using a comparable number to what we used in the building and casts) it would only take you about 20 minutes to remove a 50X50 section of myc. Which is less than the time it even took to build the altars (removing is as simple as dig, drop dirt..... boom, 4 tiles done. 2 seconds.... JK's math on this is very scewed with the assumption you need to pack and cultivate). And finally, if you so chose to remove the altars, that could be done in 1.5 minutes for each of the altars, depending on your exorcism skill. My point to this post is please stop comparing apples to oranges to try and push your agenda over a little fungus -1 on the thread for lack of substantial consideration for the actions involved (on all sides) (edit) Before anyone mentions planting flowers again... this is preventative measure. Preventative actions generally do take some time, and rightfully so. If it was easy to prevent a spell from functioning, there wouldn't be a use for the spell as everyone would work towards countering it
  8. Good trolling by the GM's for the trolling we did recently about the new map. Now, can we get a real preview?
  9. We couldn't post the image as I have not claimed the code yet, sorry. We linked the marble version. I can only assume it's the same but golden. 100ql
  10. It is the code for the statue. I have not claimed it yet
  11. We've been told that "missions are meant to be vague" And while this is perfectly fine... keep your vague missions. Most "vague" missions can be sorted by testing... offering one hat and seeing no progress being made. But to make people build a colossus and waste hours of their day with the only way of knowing is to complete this long tedious task is rather stupid. Is it really that much to ask to give us a progress bar on these big one item missions? Then at least before wasting the entire day, and shortly after regretting paying for a game subscription, these "vague" missions will be less a means of GM torture and more of a game feature
