As of 5/31/2013 I have seemed to been able to play in 2-4 hour play throughs with constant players in local over 6-10 with no crashing. I haven't managed to have the attention span to play more then 4 hours so far. PVP: Not test yet. Specs: Q6600 @ 3.3ghz, 7870 OC'd, 8GB Memory, Windows 8 Pro 64 Bit Went From 32 Bit Java to 64 Bit Java, Still had the occasional crash Went from 13.1 ATi drivers to 13.6 Beta ATi drivers, Crashing "Solved" so far. dont know who your fighting against, but here on elevation all that needs to happen is a person crashes cause of it, someone on there side says he disconnected or the fact we notice that they did, and we dont attack them. Perfect example was i believe hellfang was on vessa's deed with all of MR, As we went in to fight he crashed, we ignored him till he reconnected. Before we got to them and archery started i crashed, My guys said i crashed and i didn't get shot at. Stopping PVP is grinding the servers to a halt, Thats dumb.

Rolf & Client Devs should do a live beta test on the test server with massive amounts of people in the same local with the client optimization. Even if it's more then 15-20 people so we can see if this new client will take advantage and solve most of the bigger pvp fights. And in reality, Everyone really suffering and we have to fight to see videos of improvement or any word of whats going on.

Seriously, This issue dates over 2 maybe 3 years old. Where the client would hit 1GB Memory usage on ATi cards and just crash. This issue lasted for months untill fixed. You fix it and now it's back but not global over Nvidia and ATi cards. And how is it the exact bug again? It even stays inside your task manager after the client crashes. Infact even sometimes when you exit the client properly the Java.exe will remain in the task manager sucking up memory.

As of late, And rolf can confirm. I've bought alot of gold coins and amounts of silver off the wurm shop. With the 60 euro hike making gold coins 207USD per coin for me, I'll probably move to buying them off players from now on. I could nearly understand supporting rolf directly by spending about 35 euros, but now it's a huge price gap.
