Looking for a couple of serious, laid back players who want a deed to work their crafting skills on. I am currently a carpenter, ship building mainly. My deed is not huge at the moment, however has some good sites for building a workshop and houses. Players can be of any experience level, willing to explain the game a bit to newer players. The idea I have in mind is mainly just a workshop and trading hub for players involved in serious trading and such. Also this would involve working together as a group to better the deed, and help each other with supplies and such. Any player type is welcome, however it would help to have certain skill sets, such as smithing, cooking, healing, basic useful skills like i said I am mainly a carpenter. The deed is located on crystal lake, just east of freedom harbor directly on the coast. Am willing to help players to get there and such. Just contact Ichawat in game if you are interested, or send me an email on the forums. I am a fairly active player, and hope others will be too, although not required.

Boats for Sale! I am currently located east of the Freedom Market. I have been working on boats for a while and plan on to continue so my wares will be getting better. I currently have two 40 quality small sailboats. i am asking 1.5s for those.
