  1. I personally like different styles of RP, well, except for ERP.I don't really mind written thing, even if I can do vocal. Our plot... Well, at first I suppose we will have to meet eachother, and this depends of character histories, I prefer them to be diverse. And we'll figure the interesting things out in time. The very start of it should be interesting. My character's name is Ignasius BTW. And on what realm will we play?
  2. I must say, I am interested. Might even get back to playing Wurm because of that. I used to be part of an RP village in Serenity about a year ago. Sadly, there weren't lot of us
  3. Art Thread?

Mass Effect fans will surely recognize her
  4. I do agree with you kind sir, though the problem with the lore, is that it is rather hard to find a lot of it. And now, speaking of that quote, the Deskoft wrote with a mistake, as that character is a stranger to the land (Yes, I know, far unknown land=epicmarysuefail, but when I joined the place, I was new, and knew next to nothing about the game's lore) I do appreciate the constructive criticism. Arthas? Is that you?
  5. Such stuff could be legit for this setting. So why not?
  6. Hats

Well, this may be medieval based, but it's still fantasy, not real life... As for the hats, yes... And we also need velociraptors
  7. That's exactly the same way I died
  8. "When the shadow of darkness falls upon the land... A silver dawn of hope arises..." History Far to the North of our archipelago, lays a huge island, called Tyrmanna. Like in all countries, it was filled with conflict for power, for lands, for wealth and survival... This chunk in the ocean housed four kingdoms, each ruled by a different monarch, and each fighting for the recourses of Tyrmanna. Four different kings, sending their pawns into battle for their own ambition... And thus, a cult of Libila, led by a powerful necromancer Alvanos Thunarre, that was at first small, saw an opportunity in the endless wars, and started coverting and corrupting people, teaching some the dark arts of necromancy, others, of brutal combat. Thus this group grew, with both living and undead ranks. This terrible cult marched on one of the four kingdoms - the kingdom of Plarris, and easilly consumed it with their armies of dead and insane, while the main fighting force of Plarris was out, fighting a war. This event caused the other kingdoms to withdraw their armies, and be under constant watch behind their own walls... Such a life, filled with fear lasted for decades, until the Order of the Silver Cross came. Men, not aligned with any of the kingdoms, yet still fighting for all the life in Tyrmanna. This order was formed three men, each representing one of the three gods. Ser Afik Laukathor, Grand Crusader of Fo, Ser Azeal Silvermane, Grand Crusader of Magnaron, and Ser Raothos Narranos, Grand Crusader of Vynora. For those decades, these men were meeting in secret, and teaching willing people the faith of certain god or goddess, and also the art of close combat. These men, using the combined power of the Three drove Libila's followers out of ruins of Plarris. Due to their heroic acts, they were given the lands reclaimed, to build their quarters, and so they did. A huge monastery was built on the hill, where once stood Castle Plarris. In time, this place not only was a training place for young recruits, but also a sanctuary for diplomatic negotiations. The peace between the three remaining kingdoms established. The evil, however, was not completely rooted out, only given a major blow, and it was the Order's main purpose ever since. Hierarchy of the Silver Cross The Council of Three - The three representatives of each god. They are the ones to make votes on decisions and plans, and their word is also final in political negotiations. Each of the three leads a branch, following a certain diety. Marshals - These are experienced men, most trusted by the three to whom they directly answer to. Each of them has two platoons of knights. There are total of six marshals in the Order. Leutennants - Men that answer to the marshals, and has resposibility of a squad of twenty men. They are also training the new innitiates of combat and faith. Paladins - The main fighting force of Silver Cross, who have mastered both combat and faith extremely well. Battle priests - Men who are moderately trained in fighting and rather skilled with faith. Knights - Soldiers who rose from squire. They are moderately trained in fighting, yet not trained in faith. Priests - Men who spread the word of the three, bless the soldiers, and heal their wounded. Squire - Youngest of the order. A knight in training. The eight Virtues that each member must follow Compassion. It is a showing of love and respect to all living creatures. Show mercy for everyone, who has not lost his or her humanity. Honesty. Each member must always be truthul, and never say a lie. Honor. In both combat and peace, one must always be honorable. Humility. Pride is but a step to downfall, thus you must forget it, despite who you were before joining the Order. Everyone here is equal. Justice. Being truthul when judging, either the man is peasant or noble. Justice must never stray. Valor. One must stay in battle no matter the odds. Sacrifice. In death, we sacrifice ourselves for our brothers, for the ones we love, for our land, and for all the living. Spirituality. Each member of the order must be a devoted follower to one of the Three.
  9. Gilding is somewhat making armor colour of certain metal (Gold, silver bronze) Trimming, is having sides or armor decorated But, yes, these things are pretty simmilar. Forgive me for a repost D:
  10. Well. I've been thinking, and it brought me to an idea. How about giving the players an ability to trim/decorate their armor? It would be an additional item, that you can dye, and does not add any defense bonus, just looks. you can create a piece of decoration with the same skill, that armor is made by. For example, metal armors can have trims made from smithing, while cloth and leather can have their decorations made by tailoring.
  11. Holy poop! All that stuff is just plain smexy. Keep up the good work
  12. If you're into roleplaying, or you wish to learn that thing, I suggest you join Lavedan on Serenity
  13. I like it. And I suppose that customization could be similar to WoW, having a choice between symbols/backgrounds/borders. Though applying for a completely custom would be cooler, even if harder
