+1 About time this gets fixed.

As a trader owner who is still trying to get my investment back I'd like to see a reimbursement for them and see them gone from the game. The thing about this whole calamity that bothers me is that because some people spent money to make some coin that this means that all players, ftp or premium, should have equal access to that coin. Dear Rolf, Please take out all traders and reimburse owners for them. Than do away with all coin drops so no one can make more than any other player. P.S. Rolf take the extra money you make from this and buy a new car, you deserve it.

Well only a small section where your actually swimming, but yes its a pain you cant get a cart in there so I suggest you bring a boat for loading but like I said only 1 small section where you need a boat for stamina regen.

"Update" The canal is now open and passable for rowboats and sailboats, no one has tried a knarr yet but imagine they will be ok. Anything larger should stay out for now. The passage will require some zigzagging but is pretty smooth otherwise. Please feel free to stop and hack at a vein when passing through, there is 20 iron, 20 copper and 1 lead veins in the canal right now.

Well come on by your help is appreciated. Nearing the end of the regular mining but have uncovered 18 ore veins that will need mining and than also the mining of the ceiling and floor. Also still need to support around 80% of the canal.

So I can ride out from my deed,, which is in the middle of nowhere, closet deed is several thousands of tiles away, and see lots of mobs. Heres a break down of what I see in an area of 3 or 400 tiles. 1 spider, 3 bears, a hell scorpion, 2 anacondas,6 hell horses, 12 hens and roosters, 8 pigs, 3 sheep, 5 bulls 2 cows and 2 horses. I think its clear what the problem is here.

Some people have been wondering if this project is finished so here's an update. First let me thank the people who have helped me so far... Sweetbay (She's awesome!) Ok that's it so the canal is 210 tiles long 3 tiles wide me and my alt are gonna need some more time to finish what is obviously a 1 man project.

The canal is only about 20% open so no ocean access yet and no wagon tunnel. the wagon tunnel will probably be the last thing done so at current rate my be a while.

So I have started a canal from Mercury Lake to the west ocean. it starts at Y-27 X-10 and am planning for it to come out at Y-27 X-4. The exit has not been finalized at the moment but have no doubt that it will be in that area. I have a good start but any help is welcome, will need miners and any mag priests who are willing to donate some strong wall casts are appreciated, also support beams and any other mats that you are willing to donate. I set up a deed at the entrance to help protect workers and possessions, deed name is Hollows End. Will be plenty of shards and other ores for the taking. Also forge and food is available, most permissions are open so help yourself, but please only use what you need. At the moment am planning on opening up the tunnel than go back through and raise the ceiling and than lower the floor but as you will see the water is already deep enough for row and sail boats. Yes this is a problem in Wurm, its happened to me. Hate the fact that there seems to be a sizeable number of people who are like this. The real problem I have with this is Wurm is a community game and nothing happens in a vacuum. the person who did this has likely bragged to a least one or more persons already and those people through there silence are guilty by association. As a community you either stand up for everybody or we all fail. This is where the best part of the people of Wurm will show through, many are willing to help you get back to where you were or at least close to it. I'm not in your area but anything I can do to help let me know.

Yeah I was also looking at the best option being from just on the north side of Serenity and along Y26. I know a bit of the tunnels in the mnt on the coast so believe it can be done.

As the owner of Serenity this is something I wanted to do for a long time but with various deeds coming and going never was able to get it going. So anything that is needed I will be willing to provide to support this project. I also have a mag priest to help clean up the mines.

Ok so you pray a lot and get a bunch of iron, how frigging far from a token do you pray. Just deposit them at the end of each day, problem solved.

Ok so no trader draining allowed on Xanadu so that there is a fair system in place so all can benefit and they don't even have selling to tokens in yet. Way to go team, which system is broken?
