Right I am waiting for client update now, did I mention windows 10 is confusing, anyway turns out it was an association problem with java web start..... I'm a noob so this took a while to get done, can close I guess I'm finally in! thanks for the help guys appreciate it. ?

New pc due to last one blowing up. System specs: When i try to lunch the client from the web page a window flash's up and is gone before i can read it, also there is no error log file to be found. Have tried disabling firewall, antivirus and other security programs. Frankly after a few weeks of trouble shooting off and on i am at a total loss as to why the game wont launch. Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated, i have already considered buying an older laptop just to play again.

I like the heraldry part / idea but this is already available to freedom players by going to chaos and establishing a pmk, then submitting heraldry designs etc for that pmk. Not sure what i think of freedom pmk's being a thing.

Might be a pathing problem because of the bridge? Had some slow to respond guards yesterday and it was near a wooden bridge. The agro in my case was 1 tile off the bridge

I would be down for follower to start and anyone to continue, maybe a masonry requirement of 80+ if not a follower of the god.

So fired up a new toon and spent some time building a small cart. Many failures and "insert item" is useless, was getting annoying to say the least. I can't help but think it would be beneficial to start all new players with 5 or 10 in basic skills, you know, woodcutting, digging, mining and maybe fighting. HFC could probably do with a jump start to. Perhaps even 2 game modes to pick from when you make you toon: #1. Hardcore: start with nothing, skills at 1 #2. Head start: wc,digging, mine, hfc start at 5/10, current new player gear.

Boils down to: any more than 2 paved tiles on the corner of any 4 tiles and you will be stopped from terraforming. I have had this problem many times, unfortunately i was under the impression it was intended. Be nice to see a fix if it is not an intended feature for road protection.
