Ah, finally, other people having the same bug! So, it appears to be an actual bug then. Glad I was the first to put some light on it. Hopefully it can be fixed.

Yes, the slope is flat, all of the slopes are flat. I even tested this bug on non-flat slopes. I even broke down a wall to test it again on the slope I previously built it on, and it didn't allow me to build on it.

http://4stor.com/Xlle I've been attempting to build on this tile in a completely perfect scenario, as well as many other tiles, only to simply be told that I'm unable to build at this height. Pre-update, I was able to build fences on this land. Keeping in mind that my account is about a week old, so the skills are in-fact quite low, this still is a problem, as I'm unable to build fences anywhere for that matter. This was not always the case. Oh, and also the old corpses of dead players still look like pre-update models. I hold the relics of the past!
